The teas here are fantastic! However, the cleanliness of the restrooms could use some attention. They don’t appear to be cleaned regularly, and there's toilet paper scattered on the floor. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 5.

I stopped by on my way home from shopping and I only wish there was a location closer to me. I absolutely loved the strawberries and cream, and the taste test of the Earl Grey and lavender was just as I expected. I will definitely order it next time. I visited yesterday before the busy period began and ended up waiting over 40 minutes for my drink. When it finally arrived, I was told, "Sorry, sometimes our machine doesn't print out orders." It was frustrating because I had placed my order before the rush, yet everyone else received their drinks within 15 minutes of my arrival. We had a disappointing experience at this location. First of all, the boba was undercooked; it remained a bit hard in the center, which was our first letdown. Additionally, as mentioned in another review, the cleanliness of the restroom needs significant improvement. We visited around 1:30 PM on a weekend, and considering they opened at 11 AM, it’s hard to believe that the restroom was properly cleaned and the trash emptied the night before. The trash can was overflowing, and the toilet seat had numerous stains. Furthermore, several tables and chairs in the seating area could use some cleaning as well. We hope to see enhancements in both service and drink quality in the future. View menu
