"The food and service quality at this restaurant is very inconsistent. There are times when it deserves a 4-star rating, but other times it is so bad that even 0 stars wouldn't be low enough. During my last visit, the chili Colorado tasted watered down and the service was terrible. Additionally, if you order a pick-up order, you only receive one tiny cup of salsa, and each additional cup costs a dollar. Alternatively, you could dine in, take up table space, create dirty dishes, and increase labor costs while enjoying unlimited chips and salsa for free."
