"Went there on a Sunday afternoon. First off there was all American kids working there. I asked if they served Jamaica and the girl said yes. I asked to see a spoonful of the rice to see the texture, it can vary from place to place. I said ok to both, and ordered a flauta dinner. After looking at the rice, one of the girls in the back said to me these are Carmen 's recipes not ours . Whatever that was supposed to mean, don 't know if she was getting smart or not. I ordered dine in and waited forever. They were all scrambling around and more focused on their catering orders. Finally a girl went to hand me a plate and said, here are your taquitos . I said I didn 't order taquitos. I take them seeing they are flautas. They 're like hold on for your drink. Waited forever for that and she 's like here 's your horchata , I said that 's jamaica. It did not taste like jamaica, it had horchata mixed with it. No real silverware to eat with, they give you all plastic to sit there. Food was mediocre. Flautas were overcooked and chicken was burnt. Rice had too much pepper. I 'll definitely not visit again for what they 're charging"
