"I was really disappointed with my experience trying to support local restaurants during the pandemic. I called around 7:45 to order a pizza, well before their advertised closing time of 8:00. After several attempts, someone finally picked up and told me that they had already discarded everything, including the pizza dough, and that they hadn't answered my call because they weren't busy. We even drove to the restaurant, which had its lights on and an "open" sign displayed, just 10 minutes before closing, but it was already locked up. Having worked in the food industry myself, I understand that last-minute customers can be a hassle. However, I believe that good customer service means being open and welcoming to customers as long as you say you're open. If you plan to close at 7:30 on a Saturday night, you should communicate that clearly to the public, especially for a pizza place. Instead, I decided to head to Tony's."

The roast beef sandwich and the take-home, cook-it-yourself pizza were both outstanding. Additionally, the service was excellent!

Horrible hospitality, they make people feels we are bothering them just to order, and almost 20 bucks for a side salad and sandwich on sliced bread and No napkins when I got it to go.

Placed a last minute order for a salad to go. Ordered online and it was ready in 10 minutes for pick up. Great Mediterranean salad for $12. Definitely recommend. Next time we'll try their pizza.

I have gone to Valentinos several times for sub sandwiches and they have always been very good. Much better than the chains like Subway or Togos. You can call ahead to have your order waiting for you. (Haven't tried the pizzas but people say they are good too). View menu

I love Valentino's. It's always fresh and we bake it at home! It's very tasty. We enjoy the Veggie pizza and the Hawaiian. The staff there is always polite and they are very accommodating. Thank you, Tom Dann for making Valentino's a great pizza, salad and sandwich place! We love it!

What happened? I've been enjoying this once-excellent take-and-bake pizza for many years! However, last night's pizza was not only incorrect but also extremely lacking in toppings. The quantities were so meager that it barely looked better than Pizza Hut or Domino's. I paid around $60 for three pizzas, so I expected something far superior to what I'd find in a frozen food aisle for $10! Please go back to how things used to be! PLEASE!

Let me share my experience. I have been a fan of their take-and-bake pizza for many years, but last night was a letdown! The pizza was not only below par; it was frankly embarrassing. The toppings were lacking and uninspiring, hardly better than what you’d find at Pizza Hut or Domino's. I spent about $60 on three pizzas, expecting a significantly higher quality than what I could get from the frozen food section for just $10! I sincerely urge you to return to what made you great! Valentino 's has always been an alternative place for pizza. It 's nice to eat a pizza straight out of your own oven and their specials are delicious, although we typically stick with only a few. I recently learned they have sandwiches! I ordered a half roast beef sandwich. It was decent. I do agree with a lot of the other reviewers that they are a bit pricey. I 'd expect to pay $11 for the whole sandwich, but for half (about the size of your fist) it 's a bit much. Having said that, Valentino 's is a once every 2-3 months treat. Worth trying if you haven 't yet!

Horrible; this is not a Pizzeria here or anywhere. I've ordered a Spaghetti with Meatballs, what I got was round aluminum foil container that was on the display cooler with Two big meatballs that were heated on a toaster over, that besides being cold on the inside tasted horribly and rotten, absolutely uneatable. I went back to the counter and told them what the issue was and since I was on lunch, I requested the order be changed to Two slices of Pepperoni Pizza instead, what I got in return was a slice of Cheese and a slice of Pepperoni Pizzas that were in the warmer since I don't know when, I wanted to eat them but couldn't, the sauce was horrible, tasted as if was bought at local grocery...

"This place has something for everyone. They have SO many specials, two menus for lunch specials, then if you miss this they have an early dinner special as well as regular dinner specials, special chef's dinner, low fat menus (food is steamed and you can choose the sauce which you can add on yourself) and dim sum (biggest sui mai) I've ever seen, they have northern Chinese dishes and traditional Cantonese dishes (like egg foo young, which someone called an omelette LOL. Although not the healthiest for people ordering from the healthy menu when you order a dinner vs a la carte, you get a wonton skin appetizer which are like tortilla chips you get in Mexican restaurant which will take the edge off your appetite until you get your entrees. Also not on the menu, they do something that Chinese restaurants used to do, which is serve you a pot of tea, jasmine, which they give you without charge ! They put the money in portion size (large amount of meat) not in the overhead as the place is very simple.Want to address some criticisms, someone claimed that their dish only have celery, the menu describes what vegetables are in the dishes, if you get one that just says vegetables, you will get a large variety that includes mini corn, mushrooms and water chestnuts ! They do have a photo menu in the restaurant posted but a HUGE printed one. Unlike another review there is NO brewery below but they DO serve liquor. And they are very pleasant and I have the feeling if you are unhappy about something they will please you,"
