Vittorino's is an excellent restaurant! The pizza tasted amazing, and the service was top-notch. Whether you visit for lunch or dinner, you’re sure to have a great experience.

The server at Vittorino's was very friendly, but sadly the food was bland and honestly the worst Italian cuisine I’ve ever tried. I usually enjoy small, family-owned places, but I don’t think I’ll be returning to this restaurant. I hate writing this review, but I wish we had paid attention to the other negative comments about the menu’s taste.

We had an excellent meal! My mom enjoyed a meatball calzone, while I had the chicken fettuccini alfredo. Both dishes were incredibly flavorful. They also served us some seasoned breadsticks with marinara sauce, and we only waited about 10 minutes for our dinner, though there weren't many customers at the time. We enjoyed an excellent meal at Vittorino's! My mom chose the meatball calzone, and I went for the fettuccine Alfredo. Both dishes were incredibly tasty. While we waited about 10 minutes for our dinner, they served us some spiced breadsticks with marinara, which was a nice touch since the place wasn’t busy. The portions were generous, and we even needed two doggy bags to take leftovers home. We definitely plan to return and explore more from their menu!

I recently ordered a personal cheese pizza, baked ziti, and strawberry cheesecake, and I even called twice to confirm that they included the cheesecake. When my husband brought the food home, I was disappointed to find that the cheesecake didn't have any strawberries, the food was cold, and it was a simple oversight. I only live three minutes away from the restaurant. This was our second visit, and we won't be returning. The quality of the food just doesn't match the prices.

Where can you start? I have to give up my order before a few tables of eight sat, so that we were basically ignored by our waitress the whole meal. Other waiters were the ones to refill drinks for the USA's ZWEI. Next, the dam was uncooked pizza dough, has to help the tables of eight so that no chance to talk about a recook until my pizza was cold. I wanted to feed it to my dogs and they didn't want anything. We went to dinner last night. We had such a bad experience but I think it is worth sharing. The free bread sticks were a nice touch. The dipping sauce did not have much flavor. I ordered cheese sticks and they were not homemade. We got six and ate two. My wife 's salad was ok at best. She only ate half of it. But the pizza was really bad. No flavor and they don 't use very good cheese. We had a 14 ' ' pizza which is 8-10 slices. We ate two. Seriously had no flavor. The place is nice and the people are nice. But the food is just so so disappointing. I see the good ratings and I am confused by how it can be rated even average.

Fantastic family business with two locations (Loudon and Sweetwater I write for the Loudon location. I have eaten there 4 or 5 times, now in the last few months, and it is easily the best Italian in this local region and it would also have my voice in the leadership for all Knoxville. I especially enjoy the HUGE rolling zones, you can have a great appetite and still go up or fill in with a left. Do not try to miss the Alfredo sauce as it is the best I ever had (they make it fresh for every order!! The family that leads this place is very accommodating and allows adjustments and substitutions to orders as you would expect. They also have some Italian beers on tap and some excellent deserts. We absolutely love Italian cuisine and recently discovered a hidden gem in our area—Vittorino's in Loudon, which we found almost by accident. On June 11, 2017, we enjoyed exceptional meals, complemented by attentive service from Paul and his team. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed, and a young staff member enthusiastically shared recommendations on their specialties.
