"I hardly ever try to write reviews but I have had enough. This Wendys can consistently screw up your order almost perfectly. Out of the past 3-5 times I have been, something is always missing or wrong from your order. Today I have had enough. They forgotthe actual sandwich from my order. The main part of the order it?s self. So after driving 15 mins there and then 15 back homebefore noticing, I had to write this. Honestly I blame myself for not checking my order before even pulling away from the windowlike should be done every time. I get people aren?t perfect and mistakes happen but happening at this frequency and mistakeslike missing the burger it?s self are just embarrassing. Hopefully writing this review will atleast show to be a bit morecareful so pickens will stop being known for some of the worst restaurant service in the upstate. Wendy?s is one of my favoritefast food restaurants but I will intentionally start to go out of my way to not eat at this one because of these issues."

The food was good, although I did have to return to the register because something was missing from my order. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.

I love Wendy's because not one time have they ever got my order wrong. There food is really good. I love there Grilled Chicken Asiago Sandwich, and my favorite is there Breakfast Baconator View menu

Worst food I've ever eaten from here. My fries were cold and soggy, my spicy chicken sandwich was undercooked... I live 4 minutes away and my food was cold. I WILL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY HERE AGAIN.. UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER AND BUSINESS LOST FROM A FAMILYOF 5.

I frequent this location often, however today I was genuinely impressed with their order taker. She was very friendly and polite which is not often found nowadays. Food is generally always hot, they just need to work on the rest of their staff and thecustomer experience.

Terrible service, I placed a mobil order 15min ago and instead of working on it, employees just are standing around having a conversation, and just blowing off customers. I will not be back again, apparently they think they?re better than their payingcustomers. Very rude. View menu

The atmosphere at our picking location is always delightful! The staff greets you with a smile and truly seem to enjoy their work. The food is well-prepared and flavorful. Be sure to try the new breakfast items! The dining room opens at 9 AM, and the window service starts at 6:30 AM!

I have always enjoyed Wendy's. My brother and I would buy a burger from Wendy's(this location wasn't around then)after playing at band concerts 13+yrs ago. I appreciate the memories every time I come here. The burgers here are great. The triple is too big to even fit in my big mouth lol

"Horrible management. I used to work there and have my own thoughts about the horrible management, but will keep to myself as this is about my brother who has autism. I decided to help him get a job up there because he needed somewhere close and something he believed he could perform well at. He’s worked other jobs before, including other fast food restaurants, and all have said he can perform his specified duties and perform them well. I talked to the GM for him, mentioned the autism and his work history, and he was hired by the GM. So at this point his autism is 100% recognized and acknowledged. He started Friday and I was told I needed to talk to him because “he wanted to keep talking to people about video games”, but did not say he performed poorly or not at all at his duties. Now I know he likes to talk about those types of topics a lot and sometimes can be agitating, but keep in mind he has autism, so this is not irregular. 2. While I don’t mind having that discussion with him, why would management not recognize this as their responsibility, which it is. This annoyed me, but I let it go and went on about my day. But then yesterday, Saturday Nov. 18th, they decided to let him go due to him apparently asking for weekends off going forward. 1. I fully believe the actual reason is due to the management not wanting to take the time to give extra training or give him a chance at all. 2. Once again, he has autism and is also a student at the local high school as a senior. So he also has school to focus on top of having a disability and now a job. The management was not willing to somewhat try to work with his request or give him a chance. Under the ADA act employers are required to give reasonable accommodations to employees with disabilities when requested. I’m not saying having both weekend days off every weekend is entirely reasonable, but they could have helped him in some way and fulfilled his reasonable request in some way. If you read all this and agree with me on the managements poor decision then I ask you please share this with all the locals of pickens, friends, anyone you know who eats at this specific Burger King etc. They need to be held accountable, especially since the poor management has been mentioned time and time again including when I worked there.
