"I’m really disappointed with Wendy’s! It’s unacceptable to charge customers for a quality chicken sandwich and then replace it with a smaller, tasteless, compressed version. I understand that cost increases may require changes, but honesty is important. Raising prices while shrinking the portion and using subpar meat is not right! It’s so compressed that I can’t even tell the meat from the biscuit. I’ve attached a picture for reference. The only item on the menu that I used to enjoy is gone now. So when I bring my clients there—who strangely love Wendy’s—I’ll just have to sit there with my water. On a positive note, the staff at this location are wonderful, and their service quality is the only thing worth noting in this situation."

Thank you for the wonderful experience! The staff were lively, cheerful, and highly skilled at what they do. This was the best Wendy's I've ever visited, and likely the best fast food place based on my experience. The food was served quickly and was just as I ordered.

Usually I am out of this drive thru in under 2 minutes. The girls here really slay and I always enjoy their service. Their new employee Antoine really seems to struggle though. The last few times I had him as a drive thru person and the service was rough. Tonight it took over 10 minutes for our food and it was incorrect.

I worked in fast food for eight years, and I have never experienced customer service as poor as what I encountered here. It was truly the most disappointing service I've ever witnessed. The attitude of the staff was unacceptable. When I approached the speaker box, the greeting was simply, "What do you want?" I will definitely not be returning. I had the pleasure of working with Wendy during my visit. I don’t go to any other fast food restaurants because I trust their procedures to consistently deliver great food. In this particular situation, I accidentally placed the wrong order, but they still honored it, which made my daughter really happy since it was her child's meal! The app also offers a lot of special discounts, and the option to place orders in advance is super convenient. This place is fantastic!
