"Started off with a Thai iced Tea. The tea was delicious. Not too strong, not too sweet. I ordered the Salad Rolls. They were really good, came with a sweet tangy chili sauce peanut sauce. The peanut sauce was delicious! I also ordered the Chicken Pad Thai. I wasn’t the biggest fan of it. The noodles were good, but the sauce was a little too over powering for me. Would still come here again order something else. Service was great, the staff are friendly !"

"Generally pretty good. I had the prairie burger. It was quite tasty but there was something they spread on top of the bun that made it a little messy to eat. I also thought the price was already a bit high $18, and it came with kettle chips which I am not a fan of, but to upgrade to fries was $3.50 which is ridiculous. My wife had the best me up salad and liked it, but again the price is a little high $16. The beers were also a bit high at $8, but we went at happy hour so they were $4 which is quite reasonable. The atmosphere tries to be rustic, but falls a bit short and looks a little down scale. Service was friendly but a bit slow Overall I may go back, but there are better choices in the area."

"When our food arrived, we were sharing among the three of us, but we didn’t receive any side plates, a standard courtesy at most sushi places. I tried to get the attention of the waitstaff (all three of them), but was completely ignored. Eventually, I had to go up to the register and ask for three plates, which the staff member simply touched with her fingers. I didn’t say anything, knowing it would only slow things down. When I asked for a box and inquired about which sushi was which, I essentially had to beg for a response—she kept trying to walk away. Keep in mind, we were the only customers there, which made this interaction even more uncomfortable. The sushi rolls themselves were disappointing. The rice quality was average at best, and the rolls kept falling apart, requiring us to use our fingers often. Some rolls were not even wrapped in rice, which, given that they are sushi rolls, is a fundamental flaw. Even the ones that had rice were overstuffed to the point where the ingredients just fell out. At that point, we might as well have been eating poke instead. The fish also had an unusual smell and did not taste fresh, to the point that we couldn't even finish our meal. This experience was disheartening—not because of the money spent, but because I hoped to find a new go-to sushi spot. My advice to the restaurant owners would be to pay closer attention to your customers. Happy customers are likely to return and leave good tips. Additionally, focus more on your rice and avoid overfilling the sushi; it should be compact, not loose."

"I’m really disappointed with Wendy’s! It’s unacceptable to charge customers for a quality chicken sandwich and then replace it with a smaller, tasteless, compressed version. I understand that cost increases may require changes, but honesty is important. Raising prices while shrinking the portion and using subpar meat is not right! It’s so compressed that I can’t even tell the meat from the biscuit. I’ve attached a picture for reference. The only item on the menu that I used to enjoy is gone now. So when I bring my clients there—who strangely love Wendy’s—I’ll just have to sit there with my water. On a positive note, the staff at this location are wonderful, and their service quality is the only thing worth noting in this situation."

"Additionally, if you want anything other than ketchup, you'll have to pay for your sauces. Now, they even ask for tips every time you go through the drive-thru, which is frustrating since it makes customers feel obligated. Tipping should be reserved for waitstaff, not for people preparing food at a drive-thru. They're also frequently out of key items. How do you run out of whipped cream for milkshakes? It's been weeks! They could easily pop over to Walmart just four minutes away for a substitute. Better yet, they could whip up some heavy cream, which only takes a few minutes. For your money, I recommend driving down to Stacked on the waterfront. There, you can enjoy a delicious burger and shake while taking a stroll along the river. For the same price, you’ll receive better service, excellent food, and a lovely atmosphere."

"I was excited to dine here with my daughter because I've found that small, family-owned restaurants often serve some of the best food. I ordered the homemade corned beef hash with eggs, hash browns, and toast, while my daughter went for the biscuits and gravy. Unfortunately, the food was undercooked and the flavors just didn’t hit the mark. We ended up not finishing most of our meals, even though we paid for them. On the bright side, the service was good. However, I won't be returning, as I was very disappointed. As for parking, there were plenty of spots available, but I own a full-sized dual cab Toyota, and I found the parking spaces to be quite narrow."

"Just because you might not understand how to properly serve consommé or provide good customer service and attention to detail doesn’t justify a fine dining price tag. Consommé, which consists of leftover broth with a bit of meat served in a small container alongside lime, onions, and cilantro, should not cost $16. If there had been more food, such as handmade tortillas, chips, salsa, and a larger portion of the consommé with extra meat, then it might have been worth that price. But as it stands, two small cups of a $1.50 consommé with extra meat do not equate to $16. It seems like there's an attempt to take advantage of customers, and that’s disappointing. If you want to respond, do so with a reasonable approach backed by facts and logic, rather than emotional reactions."

"I had a terrible experience with the Yellow Curry at this restaurant—it's probably the worst I've ever had. I've been to Thailand and visited countless Thai restaurants, and what they served here isn't truly Yellow Curry. Instead of coconut milk, they used water, resulting in a disappointing, soupy dish served with rice. It seems like the patrons leaving five-star reviews also enjoy Panda Express, which makes me question their taste. It’s downright shameful to charge $15 when you’re cutting corners by using water instead of proper coconut milk. It feels like a blatant rip-off."

"Initially, we were unsure if we had arrived at the right restaurant due to its shabby appearance. However, we’ve often found that these unassuming places can serve up some great food. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. The prices were exorbitant, and the food was utterly flavorless. I’ve had more taste in boxed Alfredo than the $20 pasta dish I ordered. Additionally, they don’t offer side salads, so I ended up paying $15 for a Caesar salad, which was also lacking in flavor and had barely any cheese. We left feeling very disappointed. The only positive aspect of our visit was our friendly server, who was a true highlight of the experience."

"Wow! I love it when I stumble upon a place like Playmaker's! Bummed I never went before now! The staff working (Tyler and Amy) couldn't have been more friendly and yet efficient. Well done! The wedge salad was a good sized portion and very fresh tasting. The Tournament Turkey Melt AND fries are soooo yummy! Highly recommend both. They have quite a few specials for the weekdays and a Happy Hour M-F from 2-5pm that look awesome! They also give 10% back to the Pink Lemonade breast cancer awareness program! And they have a SUPER INCREDIBLY GENEROUS Military discount! I'll definitely be back. The Country music playing wasn't loud so you could hear the person across from you! "Over the last 6 months or more this place has become an utter joke. It’s probably the only restaurant in the entire city that is still closed to dine in and more often than not the freakin drive through is closed by a cone laying in the entrance. The company needs to step in and take over control of the BG location because whomever is running it is clearly in over their head. Wait times for simple orders is insanely long and we always have to check the accuracy of our order BEFORE we leave because they frequently get it wrong. Quality of the food has gone downhill as well, it’s like the employees that do show up don’t care about customer service and food quality. Seriously, you guys at the main office need to visit this place and get it in order!"

"To begin with, the service was fantastic. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience enjoyable. The atmosphere was also great, and I loved the vibe—definitely a 10/10. However, the food was somewhat disappointing. The salad rolls were served with a rather bland peanut sauce that really could have used a kick of spice. The wonton soup had a very strong fish sauce flavor, which was overwhelming. The bibimbap was missing the usual banchan and gochujang, making it taste quite dull. I never thought Korean food could be so bland—I'd rate it a 4/10. I might consider returning to try other dishes, hoping that my luck improves with different choices."

"We ate at Margarita Factory 7/21/2024. We brought our dog and needed to sit outside. It rained earlier that morning and all outdoor seating was wet. With no further rain insight, I explained we came with our dog and asked if outdoor seating would be available, and they graciously and immediately went out and dried seating for us. My wife and sister in-laws’ food was, although tasty, portions were off. Too much meat and beans in their taco salad and not enough lettuce. My enchilada was very good. Drinks and beer were enjoyed by all. What topped everything off was the customer service. The whole team was fantastic, but we’d like an extra shout out to our server Juan. Thank you so much for a great experience. We’ll be back."
