My bonzi burger was cold it had the but end of a tomato the size of a quarter and I could not find the pineapple, my waitress never asked or gave refill on our fries. I eat a Red Robin a lot this was not a good burger. View menu

The service was quite slow during our visit. I had to take my 4-year-old to the restroom, and when we returned, our leftovers were packed up in a to-go box and our table had been cleared. One of our party managed to eat just a single piece of chicken. We were a group of four, but only received three napkins and three forks. Overall, I don't plan on returning to this restaurant again.

When ordering online with the red robin app, best check your food thoroughly before you leave. At LEAST three times basic modifications have resulted in stuff just being left off entirely. Turkey sandwich with bacon added no bacon. Just ordered a whiskey river bbq sandwich with no shredded lettuce. The burger i got HAS lettuce, no bbq sauce, no crispy onions.I'm usually pretty lenient about basic mistakes but literally come on. Get your stuff together. This is a regular occurrence.

I've always had great service at Red Robin; the staff is cheerful and genuinely happy to see you. While the atmosphere is bustling, I still enjoy having date night here before heading to the movies.
