"Over the last 6 months or more this place has become an utter joke. It’s probably the only restaurant in the entire city that is still closed to dine in and more often than not the freakin drive through is closed by a cone laying in the entrance. The company needs to step in and take over control of the BG location because whomever is running it is clearly in over their head. Wait times for simple orders is insanely long and we always have to check the accuracy of our order BEFORE we leave because they frequently get it wrong. Quality of the food has gone downhill as well, it’s like the employees that do show up don’t care about customer service and food quality. Seriously, you guys at the main office need to visit this place and get it in order!"

Some slimy stuff on ground, lady slipped, told them about it but it's still there 2 days later and more slimy stuff. Also not great service. Supposed to be toasted and have bacon as well as ham. Most staff good. But today very slow and order wrong.

The JNB in Battleground, wa is never open even when listed open. The shift leads are ruder than all get out. It’s been closed with no notice or signage for the last 3-4 weeks. When open it’s a 50/50 chance of getting your order correct. Which sucks because I love JNB

It was horrible it took me 20 minutes to get an ice coffee and a breakfast sandwich. There were only 3 cars ahead of me in the drive-through. And when I got my breakfast sandwich it was extremely underwhelming. My ultimate persona looked like an ultimate flat piece of ____

30 minutes in the drive before anyone takes an order, so much for fast food, shut it down like everything else. This place is a joke. Update: NO ONE WAS THERE, THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME. I read through the reviews and the owner's placating responses, they go back quite aways and highlight the lack of change. Generation Z proves their lack of worth once again. View menu

Came here at 12:00 PM on Tuesday of this week. There was a cone in the driveway so you could not enter. Went to the door and it was completely locked, lights off. No sign, nothing. I understand staffing shortages at this time but some communication with a posted sign or something never hurts. If you are craving a Sourdough Jack or perhaps some greasy tacos, You might want to call ahead to see if they are open.

I have to admit, I have never dined at this restaurant. However, I frequent the Starbucks located in the same parking lot on a regular basis. Observing individuals attempting to access the drive-thru only to be met with a blocked entrance or waiting endlessly at the order box without anyone taking their order has become my preferred form of entertainment while I wait for my coffee. This is why I have rated it 3 stars. I would advise against dining here, as it is likely not open.

We placed an order on the app that once submitted, said it would be ready in 7 to 9 minutes. When we got to the restaurant.... THEY WERE CLOSED (on a Saturday at 8am). The app charged our card anyway. So now we have to contact our bank to dispute the charges. This location is such a disappointment. We love Jack in the Box but this location is awful! We keep trying to give this location an opportunity to redeem themselves, however, IF they are open (50/50 chance) they get the order wrong and are rude. No thanks! Shut. It. Down. View menu

I used to work at this restaurant and was eager to help it succeed. However, when I started, the place was in a complete mess. The fridge and freezer were filled with expired and moldy food. Additionally, the water heater was broken even before I came on board. The store had to close in order to repair the heater, but it has been almost two months with no communication from the district manager. They sold expired items, worked in unsanitary conditions, and even had a toilet explode. The overwhelming sewage smell made it unbearable to work there. I would recommend driving 20 minutes to the other location instead.

I'm not sure what has happened to this particular Jack in the Box location in the last six months, but it seems that there may be a new owner or manager in charge because the quality of service has steadily declined. The restaurant's opening hours are inconsistent, with the drive-thru often blocked by an orange cone. The young man working there lacks energy and speaks so quietly that it is difficult to understand him. He frequently gets orders wrong and rarely remembers the receipt. It seems like he is the only employee there at times. I am starting to question if the owner is aware of the decline in quality. I used to visit this restaurant for breakfast 4-5 times a week, but now I can't ris...

"When our food arrived, we were sharing among the three of us, but we didn’t receive any side plates, a standard courtesy at most sushi places. I tried to get the attention of the waitstaff (all three of them), but was completely ignored. Eventually, I had to go up to the register and ask for three plates, which the staff member simply touched with her fingers. I didn’t say anything, knowing it would only slow things down. When I asked for a box and inquired about which sushi was which, I essentially had to beg for a response—she kept trying to walk away. Keep in mind, we were the only customers there, which made this interaction even more uncomfortable. The sushi rolls themselves were disappointing. The rice quality was average at best, and the rolls kept falling apart, requiring us to use our fingers often. Some rolls were not even wrapped in rice, which, given that they are sushi rolls, is a fundamental flaw. Even the ones that had rice were overstuffed to the point where the ingredients just fell out. At that point, we might as well have been eating poke instead. The fish also had an unusual smell and did not taste fresh, to the point that we couldn't even finish our meal. This experience was disheartening—not because of the money spent, but because I hoped to find a new go-to sushi spot. My advice to the restaurant owners would be to pay closer attention to your customers. Happy customers are likely to return and leave good tips. Additionally, focus more on your rice and avoid overfilling the sushi; it should be compact, not loose."
