"I visited the restaurant last night and had a disappointing experience. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I finally got to the payment window. While we were waiting, we noticed the person preparing the fries step aside to blow their nose and then return to handling the food without washing their hands afterward! Concerned about hygiene, we decided to leave. As we drove away, my 11-year-old noticed that some employees were flipping us off. It’s really important to wash your hands after blowing your nose; not everyone wants that kind of contamination on their food! Service: Takeout."

It took 50 minutes for our order to be taken, by which time there were 27 people behind us in the queue and nobody sitting at the tables! That says it all. We realised coming here was a mistake as it gave us time to read the reviews. Some of the staff were straight out of Plague of the Zombies, a couple tried their best. But the responsibility lies with the franchise owner. Wendy's need to relieve him of his responsibilities as soon as possible.

I'm am very disappointed in the way that we had to wait on our food for 12 minutes and then I go to check our food our hamburgers were cold,our not to mention our fries were old and cold, I totally understand that sometimes people are short staff and they are limited on help,but there were 5 people standing around playing, we come through drive through at 6:40 and we didn't get our food until 6:55 for 4 biggie bags,for future reference you need to get the orders while food is fresh!
