I always request gravy for my Chicken #13 Whatameal with three Whatachick’n Strips and even pay for an extra, yet I never receive it. They really need to make sure to fulfill the entire order.

Whataburger's chicken strips are simply unbeatable. They are fantastic, fresh from the fryer, and perfectly crispy. The gravy they come with is incredible. In fact, their chicken strips outshine those at most sit-down homestyle restaurants. And the cinnamon rolls? They are amazing—large, sweet, and fluffy. Delicious!

I am not sure if there is a management problem, or what, but this facility is so slow with getting orders out. I only ordered a wb jr combo, and 2 people who ordered after me got their orders before I did. More time passed, and I actually had to ask aboutmy food. This was dine-in. The drive-thru isn't much faster, even during non-peak hours. I frequently eat here. Do not be in ahurry when choosing this Whataburger. WHATABURGER OF UVALDE: DO BETTER!
