Whataburger - Carte

I typically order the #12 combo, but today I was let down by the wilted black lettuce. Please improve, folks!

I'm from New Braunfels, TX, and I'm visiting family in Uvalde. The food and service were outstanding, and the meals were served hot. I rate them a perfect 100!

I absolutely adore the 3-piece Whatachick’n Strips #13 Whatameal—it's consistently delicious! I highly recommend pairing it with the jalapeño ranch dressing. I typically turn mine into a sandwich.

I had the worst service I've ever experienced at this restaurant! The manager treated us with disdain just because we had a trailer. Ultimately, we decided to leave without our food, even though we had already paid for it.

It's a Whataburger, and I've never encountered one that was dirty. I once saw one while two high school buses were departing, and the staff was working hard to ensure everything was in order. However, this location was immaculate, fully staffed, and running like a well-oiled machine! Voir le carte

Whataburger's chicken strips are simply unbeatable. They are fantastic, fresh from the fryer, and perfectly crispy. The gravy they come with is incredible. In fact, their chicken strips outshine those at most sit-down homestyle restaurants. And the cinnamon rolls? They are amazing—large, sweet, and fluffy. Delicious!

As a die-hard fan of Whataburger, I was really disappointed this time. I ordered and paid for a double with cheese but received a single without cheese instead. To make matters worse, it came with lettuce that had a bitter taste, which I really dislike. Despite this mix-up, I'm still giving them one star because of my long-standing love for Whataburger.

Despite the hustle and bustle, she took the time to personally bring my shake to me while I waited for my name to be called. She really shines in her role! As a teacher, I would happily give her an A along with a few gold stars for her exceptional service. Great job, Fatima! Whataburger is lucky to have her on their team! Kudos to her! And just to note, the drive-thru lines were long, and the dining room was busy, yet she was the only cashier working up front. Voir le carte
