Williams Chicken - Menu

This is my all time favorite Williams Chicken. I always get a 2 piece dark with a small corn fritter, and a strawberry soda. The staff is absolutely fantastic. Very friendly, and my chicken is always fresh!! Kudos to this location!!!

Everytime my family and I drive to the DFW area, we make it a point to stop at Williams Chicken. It is always hot, and fresh no matter what time of day. Customer service is outstanding! We will always continue to eat chicken at Williams.

What a huge improvement since new Ownership! I’ve gone 3 times in the last month and it has been Great service, fresh and very tasty chicken! I definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for the best. You will get your fix! The customer exercise was great also..Food: 5/5

The worst Williams Chicken I've ever had. I'll stick to the locations in Dallas. The chicken livers weren't cooked properly, and the chicken itself was greasy. The fries were decent, but it’s hard to go wrong with fries sometimes. I won’t be coming back, but at least they were open late.

Went there ordered fries and drink only we were told to pull around wait for large fry. I didn't mind it meant that fries were going to be fresh and hot but dang 20 minutes. It's like she was the only one in there taking orders and cooking and bringing food. The lady was nice real sweet and even though she looked tired ready go she was still professional and was very nice. View menu

I was really disappointed with my meal. The chicken was disgusting, gummy, and soggy, and the dinner roll was hard. The fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease. To top it off, the woman who took my order charged me the wrong price and made an excuse without correcting it. I will not be returning to this establishment. It's definitely the worst chicken spot on the Eastside of Fort Worth. Perhaps another location might be better. Rating: 1/5.

The restaurant stays open later than many others, which is important to me. The food is quite good. However, I noticed that there are quite a few unhoused individuals who seem to stay in the car wash area behind the restaurant. I have compassion for them, so I don't mean to criticize. If you're able, consider buying them a little chicken; they're not there to cause harm. It's important to remember that, under different circumstances, any one of us could find ourselves in a similar situation one day.

This is by far THE MOST unprofessional establishment I've ever seen in my life! I was working in the area and walked up to the building because it states that it's open. The door was locked. As I walked off, the girl working unlocks the door and asks me what I wanted. I can't see a menu so I just ordered based off a picture on the glass. The girl this takes my cash, makes the order and brings my order and change out in the bag. I literally had to sit outside in the heat and eat my meal because there's only 1 person working and her child is with her in the restaurant. This was the worst dining/lunch experience since I've been in Texas!!!! View menu
