Second time they got my order wrong and the French fries were under cooked. Seriously doubt if I’ll go there again

I had food delivered, but they forgot my fries. They promptly sent the driver back with my fries and some extras, despite it being rainy outside. The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent.

The food here is always good and the price is pretty good, but the cashiers will leave your food in the takeout window and walk away for nearly 20 minutes. Every. Time. Except for the light-haired gentleman. He’s the best. View menu

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. The new General Manager, Rico, generously treated my friend and me to some complimentary wings. I thought no one had claimed them, but regardless, the service and food were excellent!

THE CHICKEN IS NOT SEASONED....... RUB AND SAUCE DON'T SEASON THE CHICKEN THE PRICES ARE TO HIGH THE FOOD IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY....... 2 MEALS COST 45 DOLLARS A 8 PIECE BONELESS MEAL AND A TRADITIONAL WING MEAL...... PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY IT'S DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT

I ordered the sweet chili tenders, garlic Parmesan wings, and garlic Parmesan tots. I really enjoyed my meal. The customer service provided by David H was outstanding. We ordered the chicken tenders for the Super Bowl a week in advance. The order was spot on, food was delicious, sauces were very tasty and the delivery was flawless. I even made a delivery mistake which they caught and corrected after contacting me directly. I will definitely order from them again.

Thank you for your response but you obviously do NOT understand , the issue. The issue is … when the driver picks up the order. The restaurant is SUPPOSED to have the driver COMPLETE the order while standing in the restaurant . Eliminating. Theft ! And the waste of other drivers time and money to come and just hear from your Very Rude employee, that it’s not part of his job . Well Yes it is !! $50 FOR COLD HOT WINGS SOGGY SIDES!So, placed this order at 10:49p and was given an estimated delivery time which was reasonable. However, at 11:55p I had to call to figure out where my order was. The person who answered said they only had 1 driver and she left about 20 minutes ago (which would have been 11:35p). It is now 12:20 am and I still do not have my $50 order, and when I last called at 12:05 am they said they had no clue where the driver was or how long it would take her to get there.It is now 12:33 am and the order just arrived.
