Wings Over Stratford

Probably the worst wings I have ever had. Super rubbery chicken and tasted absolutely disgusting.

Ordered 4 piece tenders and waffle fries. The chicken was like pieces of rubber. Not sure exactly what would make chicken that consistency. Tried to eat it but could barely even chew it. Flavor 10/10...Edibility 0/10. First time too

I ordered 50 wings with four different sauces: honey BBQ, hot garlic, hot, and lemon pepper. All of them were fantastic, but the lemon pepper really blew my mind with its zesty flavor. terrible experience. terrible customer support. for the delivery, the restaurant has not been connected to me until the driver came there, just to tell her that her grill does not work and they had no grilled chicken. then tries to cancel and refund the ordered...OMG, the hassle was shy. not worth your time!

The best wings in town! Wouldn’t try another place in town (we did and were sorely disappointed). I love the garlic parm brings me back to my days at UConn (Wings Over Storrs). The waffle fries are always crisped to perfection. My husband gets the medium buffalo big and juicy. Online pick up orders are always ready on time.

Order the tender sandwhich meal it was great had the waffle fries loaded but there were a tad bit salty but I enjoyed the meal app was easy to use and they made my food in a good amount of time dnt understand how some people have bad experiences here ?? maybe different cooks? I've placed over 20 orders at this restaurant. The initial months were challenging, as almost every order had issues—missing or incorrect condiments, undercooked items, and so on. Recently, the order accuracy has improved, but the quality of the wings has declined. Prices for the wings have increased, but the portion sizes are shrinking. It feels like they’re charging for jumbo wings while serving those that are the size you’d typically find in the frozen section of a grocery store.

On June 9th, I called Wings Over Stratford to provide some specific instructions for my order, as the app doesn’t allow customers to customize their orders. The female employee I spoke with seemed overwhelmed by my simple requests. Her attitude suggested that she was frustrated with the call and wanted to end it as quickly as possible. As far as I know, paying customers should be able to request what they want, since they are paying for the service. If the employees are unhappy working at this particular location, I would suggest they consider another job. While the food is fantastic, the customer service leaves much to be desired.

I did an uber eats order on this one. I got the 25 piece, waffle fries regular and loaded, and garlic parm tots. The tots never arrived the waffle fries were salty either way and now for the chicken. I ordered plain, sweet chili and the mango habanero. The plain tasted like naked chicken not a bit of salt or pepper at least. Just chicken fried. No flavor. The mango and sweet chili had no difference in taste. They are all packed in the same dishes separated by a piece of parchment paper. I don't think I'll be ordering from here a second time.
