"Omg BEST AUTHENTIC CHINESE FOOD EVER!!!! I love how it 's family owned, and worked. They are so humble, kind and polite!!! My go to place for Asia cuisine! How authentic you ask? When I walked in for the first time, years ago, their daughter was running the cash register. I believe I asked how old she was and she said here I 'm 8, in China I 'm 10. Or the other way around, hard to recall but never forgot that moment.I love their whole menu! It 's so authenticly delicious!!! You got to try it. I usually get the house special lo mei (it has so many different kinds of meat in it mmmm), fried rice and sesame chicken. Large portions are more than enough to feed a whole family of 4, and maybe even have left overs. It 's more of a pick-up place though. Not much room to sit and enjoy a meal there, on site, but the portions are so large, you 'll want to just take it home ?Please hit Like if my review is helpful or if you agree"

After covid 19, they reopened with bad food, we tried them several times. Seem like leftover food.

Parking can be a bit challenging as there are only a few spots available. However, there is an entire lot that can be used if needed, although it may require a short walk to the restaurant.

Absolute trash! Made me sick not long after eating a couple of bites. The customer service was trash, the food was not edible and it smelled like dead rodents inside. $60 worth of food that was just thrown away. Makes me wonder when the last time the health department has done an inspection... DO NOT EAT

The customer service is non-existent, the food is terrible, and the inside of the restaurant is dirty. I am updating this review the following morning to mention that the food made my party sick during the night. I strongly advise against eating here. I am surprised that this establishment is still in operation.

I have been dining at this restaurant for fifteen years, and I am always impressed by the consistent taste of their food. It is not just good, it is exceptional. The Americanized Chinese cuisine is a perfect blend of comfort food and mouthwatering takeout. Despite being located in a remote area of Texas, it is a reliable Chinese restaurant. I highly recommend supporting this family-owned, local business. View menu

I hate to write a bad review on a small business. I’ve been to many Chinese food restaurants, I love Chinese food.. but this was just not up to par. The food made two of us sick. When we picked up, the ac wasn’t working or something and you could see the staff sweating all over their faces, it just seemed super unsanitary and it kind of grossed me out. We didn’t want to be rude and leave so we ordered some fried chicken, sweet and sour chicken and egg rolls. I wish we hadn’t.

as good as possible! the lady at the door was super sweet. we ordered the pork and the pork lo my with the spices, the crabs and the egg roll. the sum came to $36 and changed. relatiw fast take-out time for there was a person before me time to compare. Please note that the willone meats are filled, not cheese filled. she told me before the time, but I give the willing people a 7/10. I wish it had been filled with cauliflower so it was not so dry when it eats it. but everything else was fired. Thank you!

"New Order from August 17, 2021: Palio 's Pizza Cafe always impresses us. We ordered for pick-up, and everything we ordered was delicious and neatly packaged. The customer service we received was great. The staff was quick to retrieve it — we also noticed that they do almost everything in-house, keeping it fresh. That is definitely a plus for us! We ordered three pasta dishes (Chicken II Palio, Chicken Parmesan, and Baked Pasta Arrabiata) and one Cannoli (Chocolate). All of the pasta dishes were delicious. Each was given a side of Cheese Bread, a slice of homemade bread with garlic butter, Italian herbs, and mozzarella. It tasted quite fresh and delicious — a plus is that it wasn 't as salty as other cheese or garlic bread I have had. The Chicken II Palio consisted of roasted chicken, mushrooms, and artichoke hearts with alfredo and fettuccine. If you love alfredo, you should definitely try out this dish — it was moist and seasoned very well. The blend was definitely good. The Chicken Parmesan consisted of spaghetti and marinara. The chicken parmesan was absolutely delicious while the spaghetti and marinara tasted the same as any other spaghetti and marinara. The Baked Pasta Arrabiata consisted of italian sausage, roasted chicken, mushrooms, onions, and sundried tomatoes with penne, spicy marinara, and alfredo. This dish had a great blend — everything tasted great together. It was my first time having Cannoli, and it was amazing. To give you an idea how amazing it was, 1/3 of us absolutely does not like sweets, but he LOVED the Cannoli — of course, if you don 't like sweets, you should still try out their Cannoli! If I had anything remotely bad to say, I would recommend not having too much sauce in the pasta(s). This is definitely a preference from 3/3 of us. Aside from the Baked Pasta Arrabiata, the Chicken II Palio and Chicken Parmesan had a lot of sauce. Of course, this is just our preference. An idea would be to include an option on Door Dash to pick the amount of sauce the customer would like to have on their pasta — with the amount of sauce we received being labeled as 'heavy '. In addition to this, it would be nice to pick our own pasta. In this instance, I had the Chicken II Palio with fettuccine, all while preferring penne. The same happened with the person who ordered the Baked Pasta Arrabiata — he had a preference of fettuccine. Either way, I will definitely return. Palio 's Pizza Cafe has definitely won us over for their pastas and most definitely, their pizzas. ————————————————————————————————————————— It was our first time trying Palio 's Pizza Cafe, and it was definitely worth it. Everything, from the food to the customer service, was perfect. Location: The location was easy to find. It 's in a nice area with plenty of parking. Food: We ordered 2 Large Pizzas (Sausage Pepperoni and Artichoke Hearts Fresh Basil), Breadsticks, and a slice of Lemon Cake. Everything was delicious — The pizza and breadsticks were baked to perfection, and they weren 't too heavy. The lemon cake tasted pretty good, too. Overall, we enjoyed everything we ordered here. Price: We used a coupon — $25 Family Meal/Dinner for everything listed above — for carryout. Glad to say, it was definitely worth the price. To give a simple perspective, the cheapest you can get Domino 's or Papa John 's for would be around $8-$9 for a large pizza — their carryout deal. The prices are fairly equivalent, but Palio 's Pizza Cafe isn 't heavy or salty. Customer Service: We carried out, but the moments we did interact with Palio 's Pizza Cafe 's staff was great — no complaints here. Overall, I would definitely visit Palio 's Pizza Cafe in Azle, TX again. Everything was perfect!"
