"I ordered several times from here. The sushi is always fresh and decent. Tonight I have the California role, shrimp tempoura role, veggie egg rolls and a diet coke. Sushi was great! I have 6 pieces of California Roll and 5 of the shrimp empura. I love it! The egg rolls were meh. What I liked was that they use springroll wrappers instead of normal eggroll wrappers that are sometimes delicate and undercooked. That was so sharp. I didn't like the cabbage was very understated. It was like chewing through wet hair. I can't get them back. The soda was ice-cold and they don't forget the drink like so many delivery places. Overall, it was a good dinner and I will definitely order again. The prices are also not bad and the delivery time was good."

"I strongly advise against ordering from this restaurant! The delivery driver was incredibly rude, and the quality of the food was disappointing. A grown man argued with my daughter and refused to exit his car to deliver her the food, even though she was waiting at the entrance. When she didn't approach him, he finally got out and started to scold her, shouting at her because she didn’t tip him (we live only three minutes away from the restaurant). His behavior was extremely disrespectful and entitled. I will never order from here again. If I could give zero stars, I would."

"Somebody that works at this restaurant is stealing debit/credit card information for personal use. Either that or they have poor payment card information security and the PCI data they are getting from their customers is being stolen by hackers. My girlfriend has been buying food from here at least once or twice weekly for the last 2 months. In the last 2 months, she has had her debit card information stolen and thousands of dollars spent in her name TWICE now. Jerry Chans is the only local, hole in the wall place she has used this card at in both occasions.I'd be interested to know if this restaurant is PCI DSS v3.2.1 compliant so it could be determined if an employee is stealing cards or if they're being hacked.Either way DO NOT pay with your credit or debit card at this restaurant if you don't want to deal with these issues."

"Horrible costumer service and delivery. This location has a rude manager and equally rude delivery guy. Food is so so and high prices. The delivery guy is a lazy latino man (both manager and delivery guy have broken english hard to communique with them),he refused to enter the building on 3 different ocaccions just because he is too lazy to come up the elevator. The manager yelled at me instead of been understanding or apologetic. I will NEVER order anything there again neither my 2 roommates. Don't waste your money at Hunan City.!"

"I used to work in Jamestown and went here alot for lunch and sometimes would grab dinner for the fam on the way home. The owners are so very friendly and they remember you after just a few trips. The food is amazing. I'm now 45 minutes away and will still drive there passing multiple Chinese restaurants on the way bc the food here is soooo good."

"If ur a fan of good Chinese food, this is the place to go! Talk about getting more bang for ur buck! The portion size is incredible! My favorite part is they offer an assortment of dishes that u can buy by the plate at an awesome price! If u get 2 main entrées a side and either an egg roll or crab Rangoon its only $6 and some change...I get 3 plus either 2-3 crab Rangoon or or 1 1 egg roll and still paid under $10! And the lady doesn't hold back on the amount she piles into the Styrofoam To-Go container! I can eat off of it 3x least! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IT!!!"

"my assessment has disappeared, which is very annoying. not sure if they can edit/delete reviews. I ordered food for 12-15 people and it was the worst Chinese food I've ever tried. the orange chicken and the general tso all came together and not separated. sauce wasn't even very good. noodles, rice, wasn't great either, but at least edible. I asked for refund for the orange and general Tso chicken, but it was said normal. after a bit (also in the Chinese) I tried to correct it by the business and will take it up with my credit card company."
