"AVOID THIS PLACE! I rarely give one-star reviews, but I have to share my experience. The meat was overcooked, dry, under-seasoned, and portions were small relative to the high prices. The only skewer with decent flavor was the chicken breast topped with wasabi; unfortunately, all I could taste was the wasabi, not the bland and dry chicken. We waited about 45 minutes before receiving a skewer, and the pace was excruciating—averaging one skewer every 10 minutes. In total, we spent over 2 hours there and barely received any food. There’s just one tiny grill, similar to a home tabletop grill, which can only cook about 15 skewers at a time. The cost was $27 per person for food, plus a minimum of $4 for each drink, with a mandatory 20% gratuity added to the bill. The menu is misleading: the Yakatoriya combination is priced at $25 for just five skewers and some minuscule sides of salad and broth. I ended up having to order their cheapest single skewer for $3.50, bringing my total to around $30 for unsatisfying food that left me hungrier than if I’d just had an 8-piece Chicken McNugget meal. They were also overly obsessed with sanitation—staff wore masks, there was plastic wrap covering the cooking area, and hand sanitizer was mandatory upon entry along with various signs about cleaning and sanitizing. Save your time and money and eat somewhere else!"

**[Not Worth Even One Star]** However, I can't help but consider taking away a star. If you've never been to this restaurant, PLEASE READ THIS! Today, my husband, our three-year-old daughter, and I went out for dinner. The food was good, but the service was appalling. When we received the bill, an 18% gratuity was automatically added! The server claimed this was because we were new customers, but the truth is, we've been there before! I've never encountered a restaurant that charges an 18% tip for just two adults and a child! The server was truly unprofessional. So, if you're thinking about going with your child, think twice before entering! They will definitely take advantage of you!

The hostess, a slim Japanese lady, was extremely rude. I'm not sure if it's because she couldn't speak English, but she seemed to act as if this restaurant were the only one in town, making it feel like we were lucky to be there. Additionally, the restaurant has some unusual policies regarding billing. Our group was large, and one member couldn't eat due to gastric issues from a previous meal. My friend simply ordered a hot tea to help settle her stomach, but the hostess came over and insisted that my friend either pay $2 for a seat, order at least five appetizers, or leave. She actually told customers she needed them to leave unless they paid the $2 fee. Furthermore, when we tried to split...
