"POV: First time picking up a doordash order from this location. Parking lot empty, maybe 2 cars in drive through. See a door propped open and assume it's for picking up online orders. Park, go in and the woman behind the counter said you're not supposed to be in here I said I'm here to pick up a doordash and she tells me to go back out, walk around the building, come in the other door and to this window (pointing). I'm confused. What do you mean? The window at the exact same counter I'm standing at? She said yes. I asked her to just give me the food. She wasn't going to. Asked for the manager, who happened to be one of the 5 or 6 crew members watching this encounter. I'm like isn't it ridiculous that you can't just hand it to me. He instructs me to move the furniture blocking the door to that window and walk over there (seriously insane). She hands me a large fruit punch with red drink all over the top and sides so I asked for a napkin. I grab it normally and she SLAPPED MY HAND!!!! I started hollaring and the manager never even reprimanded her! I cannot believe this woman put her hands on my and slapped my hand like a child! When she should have never even handed me a drink with red fruit punch all over it in the first place. Terrible management! Terrible service!"

rides are never good anymore. waited 20 minutes and ended because it took too long. you understand that people are only short employees, but if you are not able to work efficiently, it is not worth it

I arrived at the restaurant around 7:29 on a Saturday night and was surprised to see the drive-thru line wrapping all the way around the building. However, to my astonishment, I was able to drive away from there in less than 15 minutes. I was truly impressed.

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly rude. I waited at the order counter for over 10 minutes before someone finally came to take my order. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a side of fries. After waiting for 20 minutes after my arrival, I asked for a sauce, assuming it would be included with my purchase. Instead of providing me with the sauce for free (as one would expect with the purchase of sandwiches and fries), they insisted that I pay an additional 25 cents and rescan my card. Before visiting this Zaxby’s, I hadn’t been to one in months. I usually don’t eat here because the lines can be extremely long and the prices are high. Today though, I made an exception. I really wanted a banana pudding milkshake but to my disappointment, they had discontinued the item. I’m a big fan of the grilled cheese sandwich kid meal so I ordered that instead. Overall it was a good experience. Food was on point and thankfully the line was shorter than normal. I will be returning back some time in the future. Bring back the banana pudding milkshake please!!!!!

I tried to order a chicken finger platter from the catering menu online, but the order wouldn't go through. When I called the restaurant to place the order over the phone, I was told to go through the drive-thru. I ordered the platter at the drive-thru, but halfway through the line, a staff member came back to inform me that the manager said they couldn't do platter orders through the drive-thru. I explained the issue and offered to pay with cash, but was told to come inside and speak to the manager. The manager reiterated that orders had to be placed online.
