"This place was decent as far as seating for our large group after a family Xmas train ride and there was a bonus.... we got to see the Christmas tractor parade that we had no idea was going to be there. But to get actual food forget about it..... We called at 11am to let them know we have a group of 12 coming to eat at 5:30pm. They seated us right away in a private back room so that was promising.... They were out of every appetizer and most entrees. I tried to order 4 different things and they were out, other people in my group had the same issue. We were all starved and asked if all 3 tables could have loaded fries for an app. Well those didn 't come out till the end and it was only a handful of fries with 4 chunks of cut up bacon and a tiny dusting of cheddar cheese that didn 't even melt because the fries were cold and soggy. They were the opposite of loaded. We ordered our food at 5:40pm and it didn 't come out until 7:30pm..... Our waitress disappeared and never came back to update us on order status or what was going on. My 8 year old went up to the counter at 6:30pm to ask when can we eat.. he was so hungry he felt sick. There was no other patrons in the restaurant! So we have no idea why it took all those hours to make food. I would never come back here again. We not only waited forever to get **** food, poorly made, cold food but we had an hour drive home! We all joked that they probably were outside watching the parade instead of cooking. My table paid $160.00 for the worst food we had ever had, at 7:20pm when my dinner came out I couldn 't even eat it... The Alfredo was cold, and a goup of noodles stuck together in a thick chunky cream sauce but yet they still charged me for it. So gross. The other tables with us suffered the same, big bill but cold trash food. We ended up having to go eat after we left here. If you ever want a way to torture someone.. definitely go to this place. We were just absolutely astonished at how terrible it was, we were tired and hungry and ignored.... had such a long drive on a school night... on empty bellies.... when we thought we had everything planned out to avoid something like this and they just didn 't give a ****."
