"Amazing restaurant! The owners were incredibly warming and very attentive. We went during Covid times and they took great precautions of taking our temperature and cleaning things. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious.As my dad and I argued over the bill I mentioned it was my dads birthday and they brought out a free dessert. Very impressed and happy with our night out."

"We came here based on the Yelp reviews and were NOT disappointed! There were three of us and we over ordered but we had plenty of leftovers and everything was delicious! The kimchee, tofu, and cucumber they serve at the table were all yummy! We got the combo platter of mandu could not finish but each one was delicious! We also got the small order of honey garlic wings so, so good! We also got the vegetable pancake (jeon) and it was so good! Finally we tried the beef bi bim bap was perfect!! The service was great! The woman who seemed to be managing the whole dining room was awesome and super helpful. We had ordered the wings but by mistake got the boneless version so she comp ed us those and gave us an order of wings as well. It's a cute, smallish place and the ambience is simple but nice. Highly recommend this place!!"

"When we arrived for lunch, the restaurant was quite empty. We were a group of four people having a business lunch and requested a larger table, but were told it couldn't be accommodated. Despite there being several large tables still available after our two-hour meal, they were not willing to move us. The server was unfriendly and seemed annoyed by any request we made, even making a face when we asked for more chips. The food was bland and lacking in flavor, even the guacamole we ordered tasted dull. We had to add salt and pepper to everything on our plates, except for the soup which had some flavor. Unfortunately, due to the poor service and tasteless food, I would not recommend this restaurant."

"I have visited this restaurant twice and had a great experience both times. I ordered a burger each time, which was delicious and reasonably priced at around $10 for a burger and fries. The fries were bottomless, perfect for fry lovers like myself. Although I originally intended to try their breakfast menu, the allure of the burger was too strong to resist. The restaurant has a charming, old-fashioned diner atmosphere reminiscent of the 1940s and 50s. It is a small establishment and tends to have a long wait during the summer months. They also offer a wide variety of unique milkshake options that I am excited to try on my next visit, along with the breakfast menu."

"Way below average food. Entrees were lacking, but the apps were good, though overpriced for the amount. We had the chicken potstickers and cheesesteak egg rolls which were good, but way overpriced. The pulled pork sandwich was extremely dry, no sauce. The clam bake linguini (i believe thats what it was called) was extrmely dry, not nearly enough sauce. They gave a huge piece of bread with the pasta, which was funny because there wasnt enough sauce for the pasta, let alone to dip the bread."

"I just visited this restaurant and the aroma was very tempting. The egg rolls were very good and the egg drop soup was delicious. The dumplings were big, porky, and flavorful. The broth was excellent and the addition of egg drops elevated it to another level. The prices were average and there is a minimum charge of $10 for credit card payments, with an additional charge of 50 cents for purchases under $10 and $1 for purchases under $5. The General Tso Chicken was sticky and tasty. Overall, I would recommend trying the amazing egg drop soup. I will definitely be back for more."

"This place has seen a lot of renovation and updating in resent years, while still maintaining its utilitarian and neighborhood dive feel. The food is never disappointing. The service is always top notch and attentive, the beer selection is excellent, and the hours of operation are the best. My favorite way to enjoy Rittenhouse is showing up on a slow Sunday or Saturday to order tacos or a hoagie. After I order the food I grab a single beer from the cooler and sit down to enjoy the short wait. By the time the food is ready I have caught up on the sports news and enjoyed a little afternoon drink. Then I head out to enjoy the rest of the day. This place is great."

"We came for my boyfrienda birthday. It was extremely disapppointing. The food was awful and over priced. There was also limited selection. The caesar salad was terrible and full of the ier yellow lettuce that made it bitter. I hadnt been to the restaurant for years and it has significantly gone down hill. I was speaking to an acquaintance and he had the same opinion.Service was ok but slow. Actually the busboy forget to give one of us water and when we asked for it, he argued with us and said he did give it.Truly was a waste of moey but more importantly ruined the birthday celebration."

"I love BBQ so I have to be honest. They probably have some of the best pulled pork in the Philadelphia area. Very flavorful, spicy, smoky, midwest style pork, not the sweet/vinegar Carolina style. Most of the sides are pretty good...the baked beans are very good. The pulled chicken is not bad, but bland next to the pulled pork. The bbq chicken and wings are spiced well, but unfortunately they're kind of dry as if made earlier in the day. It's one thing to make fatty pork or beef way ahead of time since the fat keeps them moist, but that doesn't work with chicken. Also, unfortunately the brisket just isn't that good and it simply is not tender. For the cost, I would not recommend the brisket."
