"I made a reservation for 10 people to celebrate my birthday, and it was confirmed for that number. My guests and I drove 20 miles to the restaurant, only to find a sign saying it was closed due to a broken heater. I understand that things happen, but no one bothered to call me to inform me of the cancellation, even though my phone number was listed on the OpenTable reservation. Some of my guests had even driven 40 miles! This really ruined my birthday celebration. Thank you!"

"I recently placed an online order from this restaurant and noticed that my soup was missing when I picked it up. I called to let them know about the mistake, and the staff member was very apologetic. They offered to either replace the soup or provide store credit. Since I was nearby, I decided to return and pick up the soup. The employee who assisted me was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even upgrading my soup to a larger size. This Panera location has quickly become my favorite!"

"Today, I visited Jersey Mike's in Bannockburn, IL to purchase a sandwich. The young man taking my order spoke quickly and I had trouble understanding him. The same issue occurred with the second employee who was assembling my sandwich. I had to ask her to repeat herself. I then noticed a middle-aged woman nearby who seemed to be laughing at me. I asked her if she was laughing at my difficulty understanding the employees, and she responded by laughing even more loudly and saying that was just how she laughed. She was by far the most rude of the four employees I encountered."

"I’ve been ordering from this location for years always was delighted with the food service until today. I called in, placed my order and she said it’ll be ready in 25 minutes. I got there by the pick up time and stood there for a good 5 minutes with no response at all. Restaurant had about 4 people in there that were serviced eating so I didn’t see why I hadn’t yet received even a hello be right with you. I could hear the workers in the back having a nice time which is fine yet at least come acknowledge your customer. So I called the restaurant the lady answered then said here I come. She comes out with no apology just asked for my payment. Then I sat down around an additional ten minutes went by she proceeded to come through the door was amazed to see me still sitting there so she goes in the back comes out with pizza says thanks for coming in. Still no apology for the poor service and the nerve to have forgotten I’ve been in the restaurant way over the time I was told my pizza would be ready. I leave to bring the pizza to the kiddos, open it up and had a very well done burnt pizza that was not edible at all I just find this experience to be beyond horrible and rude. I know mistakes happen yet this wasn’t no mistake and isn’t right especially when someone is spending their money and was looking forward to some good pizza."

"I have been working as a meat cutter at this restaurant for three months now, and I have to say that the warehouse management is not suited for the job at all. The manager only seems concerned with showing authority and treating employees like pawns rather than humans. There is a lack of communication and teamwork in the meat department, with employees just doing what they want without care. It feels like a chaotic free-for-all, and if someone truly cares about their work, it is unlikely to get done properly. I have a passion for cutting meat, but it may not be enough to keep me here much longer. The lack of support and concern for the employees is disheartening, and it may be time for me to move on."

"The food was served cold. The eggs, hash browns, and bacon were not only cold but also dry, and the bacon had a strange taste. The pancakes were disappointing as well, even if they had been warm. Additionally, the plastic water pitcher didn’t appear to have been properly cleaned. Given the numerous reviews mentioning long wait times, I can’t help but wonder if they don’t prepare certain items in advance, which isn’t acceptable. I spent $18 on a meal that would have tasted so much better if I had made it at home. When we brought our concerns to the owner, she simply apologized. There was no offer of a discount or any gesture to make it right. Honestly, I would have preferred a good breakfast over a reduced bill."
