"As soon as we sat down the waitress started rushing us kept coming over asking us if we knew what we wanted and we just opened the menu. I asked her to please give us a few minutes that we would like to look at the menu My husband and myself are out on a date and we hadn't gone out in a very very long time. The waitress said okay left for about 2 minutes came back have and said again have you decided I said please give us a few minutes. Then finally we ordered and I don't even know what I ordered but at least it was good . And we wanted to tell her we had the wrong drinks and that we wanted some chip and green sauce and she was over at socializing in the area with the other waitresses and waiter and wouldn't even come over to us. So she rushed us through making a order to go socialize and not even come back to the table And then people came in that she knew and was very attentive to them brought in their food before our food got on their drinks socialize with them and won't even look twice at our table The food was awesome but she even gave us the wrong drinks. she just disappeared and then did not come back to the table until she until we got our food she ask if we wanted anything and we went to say something and she walked away so the waitress was horrible horrible and we wanted some chips and things and it's just horrible service and we spent $50 that night. The sad thing was we would have tipped her awesome but she was too busy talking to her friends that came in to order and making sure they were taken care of and socializing with the other waitresses and waiters in the back and just rushed us through. And then when we finally saw her again she brought us a to go box and she just shoved all my food in there on top of each other it was pretty gross looking again she just wanted to get done with us. I even told her I wanted to put my food in to go box and she took my plate and just put it in there anyway I'm very disappointed in the way we were treated because we were not her friends or someone she knew"

"They recently changed the menu and doubled the prices sadly. 4 pieces of small vegetarian ravioli are now $30 instead of $17. Food was good, our service was a bit slow, tables that ordered after us did receive their drinks and food first. Had a situation where I called before our reservation to check on a gift card and the woman I spoke with was so dang rude and actually talked over me and then hung up on me. I was so shocked. She didn’t know we’d be in in a couple of hours to dine and I wonder if this is how they treat people when they’re not in front of a guest or worried about a tip. I called back to finish asking my question and someone different answered. I told her what happened and that we had a reservation at 5:30 She apologized for the treatment but she shouldn’t have to apologize for a coworkers rude behavior. I was considering cancelling the reservation but it was with other people so decided to keep it. We go to salute about every other month and unfortunately I don’t think we’ll go back. I mean she was so dang rude when I called to inquire about something. Like she just didn’t have time and then hanging up on me was uncalled for. The staff acted really weird when we arrived and I wonder if our table was “forgotten” because of the situation on the phone. All in all it’s put a sour opinion of their establishment. I heard they have new owners so maybe the attitude shift is part of new ownership. Staff might be overwork hey maybe it was one of the owners that hung up on me I have no idea. Good luck!"

"Worth driving to bend to eat here. Okay, I'd first off say im not a fan of latin foods. I wasn't excited to come here but our party had a individual with celiac and this was our only option. The saff was super friendly and professional. My mask broke and he provided me with a new kn95 one. The setting for the place is cute and the music selection was older songs with some reggae and ska. Ordered Paella and a bunch of other things. The ingredients were fresh and succulent. The salmon were thick cut ~1in and not those tiny filets and cooked to perfection with an amazing sear. The rock fish was even better. The paella ? reminded me of the ones in Spain. The flavors were authentic and just enough crisp with out getting stuck in your teeth. I normally don't like calamari but theirs was so soft and tender. Their cauliflower bowl was super good and the sweetness was just right. I had an issue with one of my dishes and the saff handled it very well. Their homemade sodas were refreshing and I think they were great. I would say that they are most definitely not on the sweeter side. Everyone on my table said it was bitter. I personally wouldn't change it but maybe let the customers know or have an option for added sweetness. Overall, bravo! In my opinion, of the best latin restaurants in the state of Oregon and the prices were great. If I was not 100 miles away I'd be eating here weekly. All I know is everytime im in bend, ill be coming here. Or ill be coming to bend just to eat here. Finally, the bathroom door has a foot opener so the staff dont touch the door after washing their hands +1."
