"Before I even say anything, I have to state that I am not usually one to wrote reviews at all. But I felt I had to with this one. I'll start by saying that this place doesn't deserve the 4/5 star rating that it is getting, which is why I picked it in the first place. The food got here relatively quickly but wasn't warm at all. Felt like it had been sitting out for a while. They screwed up every detail of my order. From. The wings I wanted bone in they gave me boneless. I asked for mild they gave me spicy. I asked for half pep and half cheese. And the whole pizza had toppings I never even asked for. Ontop of all of that, the whole experience of the food was mediocre and lacking in any decent taste. They've made sure I'll never order from them again. You guys want good pizza? Try Italian Pizza Kitchen in Roselle cause this place is a joke!"

"We were seated right away that was the best part of the dinner . The waiter was never there , he only took our order and checked back when we were done. The combo fajitas were one of the worst I ever had go to Chile’s instead . The chicken and steak was over cooked , dry and tasteless . The tortillas were hard as well . The only good thing about the plate was the rice . My girl hacked the carneasada tacos. No flavor and dry over cooked meat. We won’t be returning to this Restaurant. Very disappointed."

"Excellent Indian restaurant. Cloth napkins and tablecloths. Wonderful, but not hovering service. Quiet and relaxing environment. We mentioned we were relatively new to Indian cuisine--my date likes mild, I like spicy. They were very helpful in describing and recommending dishes that accommodated both our tastes preferences. Good value, too. Relatively inexpensive plus we both walked out with dogie bags.. It's a bit difficult to find--tucked away in one of the endless Army Trail Rd. strip malls--but well worth searching it out. We will definitely be going back."

"We normally love Lou's and have no issues with delivery. About a month ago we recieved a call that their delivery person quit on the spot. We went to pick it up. We were told the difference would be refunded. We got the tip we prepaid back buy not the delivery fee. They were very apologetic but no compensation for the inconvenience. Now tonight we ordered through Door Dash because Lou's delivery time was very high and Door Dash was not. The app told us the order was confirmed by Lou's. Lou's also chose to do the delivery themselves instead of using Door Dash. After 1.5 hours the app finally said the order was complete. Waited another 30 minutes figuring that was when the order left Lou's. Nope, called and they claim the never got the order but they could see the order. What?????? When I started asking for a refund they couldn't do anything, didn't offer any help and pretty much didn't offer to actually complete the order. Not apologetic, no offers and hung up on me. Great management skills on this manager's part. Continue like this and you'll be out of business in no time. Lost us. A simple let's get it in the oven now and send it as soon as it comes out would have been better than nothing."

"I realize it was Mother’s Day and they were busy but the waitress certainly could have been more Friendly. Food service took for ever and we actually went minutes without seeing our waitress, mind you this isn’t a huge place. Maybe sears people. We saw the other waitress many times but never saw ours. Refills were hard to come by and at minimum I would have expected a comment from the waitress that she was sorry for the delay and slow service. That didn’t happen. We were a party of with kids so of course it will be hectic. Very difficult to keep little ones busy for such a long time. In all fairness we’ve eaten here or times previously and really love the food. Never experienced service this bad in previous visits. Not sure I will return as this left a bad taste in our mouths."

"Had Mother’s Day reservations for 5pm. We were liking forward to trying it as it’s is new and we heard good things. Also talked to gentleman that I confirmed reservations with on Saturday and he seemed happy to have us. However we didn’t stay to eat. Two of our party of 9 arrived at 4:40pm, 4 of us arrived at 4:50. The first two that arrived were not greeted by anyone and were waiting (restaurant was 85% empty). When I walked in with 4 at 4:50 still no one acknowledged us at the front. At 5 I walked over to bartender and asked if someone would would seat us and told him two in our party were already there for 15 minutes and no one said a word to them... his comment “how was I suppose to know there were here”! Then he said he would get table ready for us...another 10-15 minutes went by and during that time a women walked past us and threw a high chair in a side coat-room! She did not seem happy a big Larry was about to be seated and also didn’t do much as say hello. Now our entire party has been waiting 15 minutes while the restaurant was nearly empty..... so since our 1st impression was ruined and we were hungry and frustrated, my daughter walked next door to 25 West Brewing Company (one of our favorites in the area). She texted us back and said they could seat us right away. Our party walked out as the bartender waived us over to sit, without ever coming to great us. So after looking forward to the experience we didn’t try the food, what we could see if the atmosphere the place looked nice but the hospitality was totally non existent! Sorry to say, we won’t be back. Kudo’s to 25 West as we had a great time and a great meal!"
