"I always order a medium Caramel swirl ice coffee. Lately employees don't even try to mix it up so the Caramel is always at the bottom of cup and I have to ask to have it stirred. And then yesterday was free medium hot or iced coffee with order forNational Coffee Day ?? and the girl trys to charge me for the ice coffee and I reminded her it was free for National Coffee Day. She says it hasn't been working today and I said I better get my coffee free, she say I'll try it. What do you know it workedlol I don't trust people like that, I think they charge and probably pocket the money. Think I'm gonna call corporate. ????"
