"4 Noses is Noice! Finally, our last brewery stop to celebrate our time in Colorado. Emily has a fond spot for 4 Noses and it was only a mile or so away from our last stop, so we headed that way. As we pulled up, the parking lot was full with lots of cars parked along the street. I guessed everyone was here for the gym that was next door but nope there was an Asian food cart outside and a geek trivia night going on inside. Emily and I had enough of crowds from the Beer Fest and Renaissance Festival so we placed our orders at the register where you walk in and headed outside once we got our beers. I got the Noice! beer that was an island lager and sounded good after a string of hefeweizens. Emily got her usual fruit beer and we sat outside in the beer garden area. This outdoor area had the misting things built into the structure and it felt nice. While it was a bit breezy and getting later in the evening, the cooling effect was welcomed after a long and hot day. Like a lot of bars and breweries (and even coffeehouses), there was an assortment of games inside to play. On my way back from the bathroom, I snagged Exploding Kittens to try and play with Emily. The condition of the cards were super rough. They seem like they’ve been played every single day and the instructions were half missing. I didn’t remember fully how to play so we gave it up. We sat there and sipped our final brewery beer for awhile and reminisced on the trip. Our last final adventure would be to finish up our beers and head out for some sushi rolls for our final meal here in Colorado. I’m not doing a blog post for that place but I can say that it was beyond delicious. 4 Noses was a pretty interesting brewery. While I only really got to experience the beer garden, I could see why Emily was fond of it from the goofy name to the vibe and feel of the place I could see myself coming here for some drinks and maybe even joining in on the nerdy trivia night."

"I ordered the tai/chin pho combination. If you're unfamiliar with it, I recommend looking it up. First, the positives: There’s plenty of parking and a good number of seats available. The service was incredibly fast and efficient, which I appreciated. The large portion size for $14.95 was quite generous and well above average. They also have great Hoisin and Sriracha sauces with large, clog-free openings, which is a nice touch. Now, onto the okay aspects: The amount of meat was adequate but not impressive. I would have liked to see more onions in the bowl too, but it was still passable. The noodle quantity was appropriate for the size of the bowl. Unfortunately, the broth was disappointing. It was light and lacked the robust pho flavor that I was expecting. I couldn’t detect any spices like cinnamon or cloves, which are essential to traditional pho. If those flavors were present, they certainly needed to be stronger. Perhaps they are catering to the palate of the average, less discerning customer in Denver, but that approach does not work for me. In conclusion, this place is decent for pho, but anyone who claims it’s spectacular or the best they've had simply lacks expertise—no doubt about it. The broth is a significant letdown, which is unfortunate because they excel in other areas. Without the generous portion size, I would rate it a 3 out of 5. To sum up, this is a good place to grab a meal, but it’s far from award-winning due to the subpar broth. If they can improve the broth and enhance the in-soup garnishes, they could potentially earn a 5-star rating. Until then, they won’t be considered for any pho hall of fame."
