"Good food, bad services! My first visit about six months ago should have been my last one. I stopped trying her pizza. There were many customers. I stood on the counter for about 10 minutes with employees who did not even notice my presence. Not even as much as a... hi! or we'll help you in a minute. I must have been Mr. Invisible. Well, of course I left. On Friday, June 1, 2018, after work, hungry, I thought I would give Patz Pies another chance. This time there was a handful of cartridges. I ordered a meat lasagna organic salad. I waited about 10 minutes for my order. When I came home the night, I just went for the lasagna. It was a small part (4 inches x 5 inches x 3 inches high). I thought it was better. I was wrong. The first bite was disgusting. Cheese burned slightly up. Meat had no season. The sauce tasted like tomato paste. I almost broke. I called the restaurant the next day. I asked the manager to comment on my complaint. The lady who replied that the manager wasn't there. She couldn't tell me her schedule. But she took my phone number saying she would return my call. A week later, no answer. They were warned."
