"The supervisor, Shayla, was very rude and unhelpful. She forgot to include my 3-year-old's apple juice in our order, making us wait in line for another 30 minutes because the company policy didn't allow orders to be taken at the window. She then slammed the window in my face. Additionally, my son's cookie arrived in four pieces and partially melted. I have never received such poor service from her and I hope she is not working on future visits. I may consider driving off without my order if she is present. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and food all received a rating of 1 out of 5 stars. Service type was takeout, with an average price of $10-20 per person."
