"This restaurant experience was absolutely dreadful. We waited 40 minutes for overpriced, cold food. When I asked for a medium-cooked steak, it came out rare. I requested burnt rye toast with butter, but it arrived plain. All of my food was cold, and the waitress never came back to refill our drinks. I had to flag her down to ask for the check after she left our food at the table. When I mentioned that everything was bad, she just giggled. It was a terrible experience and this place should probably be shut down."
