"I also enjoyed the mac and cheese. The presentation was delightful, topped with cheese and well-packaged, served warm, and perfectly creamy. It’s honestly a 5-star mac and cheese, and I’m glad I ordered two servings! My concerns are just small and mostly subjective, but I do think there’s room for improvement in customer service to give that extra edge.
I find the price a bit steep, mainly due to DoorDash fees, but the restaurant itself deserves a 5-star rating. There’s always room to enhance the customer experience to ensure lasting success. Nonetheless, I would happily order again—the food is fantastic, and the brisket is simply delicious! I almost wanted to keep the whole meal to myself! :D"
