"Some of the best Mexican food I?ve had in Howard County! Visited today during lunch, there were a lot of people ordering so I knew I was in for a good meal. The staff is very friendly and the food was ready quickly even during a busy lunch rush. They had a great variety of options, and their pricing was very reasonable. I ordered the Birria Tacos (4 for $12) and the nachos. Both were delicious! These are the best Birria Tacos I?ve had! They even have some tables nearby under a tent to sit at after grabbing your food from the truck. Will definitely be returning!"

"Wow! The food is absolutely amazing! Coach Joe Flores had the shrimp and oysters with homemade onion rings, while I tried the alligator, which was the most tender I've ever had. Make sure to save room for dessert, though it might be a bit indulgent—definitely worth it! They also serve steak and shrimp on Friday and Saturday evenings, so don't hesitate to ask about off-menu items. We can’t wait to return after our holiday!"

"We were celebrating my son’s birthday and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Solstice. He mentioned that he would like an individual cup of applesauce for dessert with his Disaranno. Our waitress, Britney, har a staff member go next door to purchase a six pack of applesauce for his dessert. The remaining individual cups were sent home with my son. This is an example of exemplary service. Many, many THANKS to the staff, management and customers at Solstice for such a fun night"

"What can I say, it's a wine store with shelves of wine to buy and a bar and a restaurant all in one. Make sure you're seated in the bar area that is surrounded by all the shelves of bottles of wine it has a great ambiance as opposed to the side rooms. The super cozy atmosphere of this restaurant is what I love. We started with the grilled octopus. It is the Mediterranean on a plate with fingerling potatoes sautéed with olives and feta and tomatoes, and grilled octopus that all paired so well that you felt like your were transcended to the Mediterranean. We ordered a whole bottle of wine with the starter. For dinner we ordered the Cioppino (a seafood stew of sorts) The fennel broth was delicious and not overpowering. It included fish of the day which was mahi-mahi shrimp, mussels, and calamari one of my favorite dishes and the iron bridge did not disappoint. My husband ordered the Farro grain that included a vinaigrette sauce as his side with mahi-mahi as the main, which was the fish of the day.and broccolini. The serving was well satisfying, and the taste of this dish with all the components really went well together. We did not order dessert but their deserts are Terrific as we have enjoyed them before. The Cappuccino was a large mug that didn't need sugar because it was made how it should be made. Service was super attentive with not just 1 person tending to our table but the whole waitstaff was either removing dishes or bringing our food, out, it was a collaborative effort. We will go back! !"

"My husband and I had such a wonderful time dining here to celebrate my birthday. This was our first time here after a couple friends recommended it to us. The whole aesthetic of 18th 21st being in a back room was just so cool. I loved the 20’s style decor. The Mello trio was playing that night, and they were fantastic. I loved that even though the room was a bit small, the music wasn’t too loud at all. I am pretty sensitive to sound, so that was a big deal to me that I could enjoy live music without being overstimulated. Usually I want to leave restaurants right after I eat because of the noise, but instead I wanted to just hang out a bit and finish our drinks. The staff and our waitress, Justine (I believe) were awesome and wished me a happy birthday multiple times and even gave me a birthday card! We also each received a free glass of Prosecco. Everything we ordered was delicious, and I just had such a fun time. We’ll definitely be back again. They also are doing a special promotion during the holidays where you receive an envelope with a voucher for a free item (could be a free drink or even a free meal), but you can’t open it until you come back (sometime in mid January until early February). When you come back your waiter will open the envelope and then you can apply the voucher at that time."

"Great food, despite what it may look like on the outside. They even have a MONSTER Pizza selection... which...wow! It's huge AND it tastes incredible! I highly recommend Pizzaman. The only knock I can give is its aesthetic. I'm not bothered by it, but I could see that pushing others away. Invest in this and you'll be the best Pizza spot in Columbia!"

"My girlfriend and I were eager to explore a new dining spot, and we were pleasantly surprised by our experience here. "This place is absolutely amazing. I first came here with my Daughter and her family so the memories I have here mean the world to me. Every time I visit I am reminded of them and feel close to them again since they have moved so far away. The have aloaded fries plate that is absolutely amazing. All the food has been wonderful and the atmosphere is awesome! The service isstellar and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are friendly and inviting and make you feel welcome. They do not rush youinto a decision and are willing to make recommendations that fit exactly what you didn't know you wanted! Every time I come hereI find a new favorite. They are very kid/family friendly and are very patient with little ones. My granddaughter is autistic andthey had so much patience with her that it was heartwarming. They soon had her out of her shell and smiling and laughing andloving being there. As a family we felt welcomed and embraced. We were not made to feel uncomfortable for the littles getting alittle loud and they stopped by to laugh with the littles. This is definitely a place I will return to both as a family and as acouple. The staff makes this a great place and the exceptional food just puts the icing on the cake!!!"

"Amazing salsa !! Great service and a fun environment !!! But they need better chefs with more than one cooking style who know how NOT to overcook all the meat they offer. ALL dishes taste very similar! All with burnt burn marks on "whatever" meat, mixed with similar spices and all well done to finish cooking. Burnt cremation, like a fajitas, but for every dish? This is the second time that I had to come here with the same results ... I refuse the next time I am invited ... Maybe have a drink because the mood is good and fun ... she just need better cooks ..."

"I called early to order a very special bottle of Chardonnay and asked to have it at the table on ice when we arrived. I paid for it, and I tipped 20%. It was my mistake to tap in advance. The wine wasn't there when we sat down, and I thought he was coming. When the server came to take our drinks orders, I knew that the prepaid wine was forgotten. I tried to whisper the server that we were SUPPOSED to keep a bottle waiting for us. After some time she brought it out, and it didn't seem to cool. AT ALL. She poured it without saying it was room temp. The four of us had to put ice cubes from our water glasses in our wine, which is not the way you want to enjoy a $60 bottle of wine. My fish, like the wine, was lukewarm. The service was a real comedown from the extraordinary service we had in Lula Drake the night before. I visited dear friends I had not seen in a few years and chose not to ruin our dinner by asking for a manager. Anyway, the manager/owner? knew about the wine situation and gave a quick excuse... but he didn't make sure our wine was actually cooled. An enormous disappointment at this price."

"I would say the overall atmosphere and service carried the experience as the food was subpar. I had the chicken parm that was overcooked, burnt, and cooked in old and burnt oil. The pasta was also super disappointing while having a weird texture. And there was barely any sauce on the plate it felt like I got a massive bowl with a spoon full of sauce. I will give them their portions matched the price. However, the taste was simply lacking. The waitress was very kind. However, I do not see myself returning. My friend got a create your own spaghetti and meatballs and had similar issues of overcooked and falling apart. Maybe it was a bad night in the kitchen. We also got the loaded bread, which was the best thing we got but was also very mid as it was just bread with a hunk of mozzarella on it. Parking: Very small lot Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome but it's very high-end dinning"

"Definitely our go to for Chinese take out! Had to order 2 of the bacon egg fried rice because it doesn't last long in my house it's SO GOOD!! Hubby ordered garlic pepper wings, sexy mama wings, and house fried rice with a pork egg roll he gave it 5 stars! Location across from Columbia Mall can get packed quickly because of the small parking area, but it's definitely worth it."

"We went for a friend's birthday and it was our first visit. We had a drink at the bar while we waited a few minutes for our table. The service and food were both excellent. My shrimp and grits were rich and creamy and had plenty of plump delicious shrimp. The salmon, pork chop and seafood pasta were also delicious. The mussels appetizer was the perfect way to start our meal. We didn't have room for dessert but maybe next time."

"I am now physically sick as a direct result of eating this food. I was perfectly fine before. I will be contacting the health department to report as I have no doubt this is a direct result of the food preparation and unsanitary conditions of the restaurant. Update: gas stations have been quality food than this place. Food was in fact cold and disgusting. Clearly had been made before hang and been sitting with no attempt to heat it up. The bread on the sandwich was rock hard and stale and the “soup” was lumpy and the texture of watery oatmeal. I assume it’s supposed to resemble potatoes. All you can taste is salt. From the little that I ate i immoderately felt queasy and then very Ill after less than an hour. We ordered a pickup order of almost $50 and when we got there the drinks we ordered were out of stock. We were denied a refund AND denied the option of getting another drink and expected to leave empty handed after spending almost $10 on drinks that were not given to us. My husband had to fight with the employee and waste more of our time just to get a refund the employee was too lazy to process. Imagine how much “effort” they put into the food and cleanliness. The whole restaurant was dirty and disorganized and the power kept going out. I can’t imagine what the kitchens look like. We would have been fine just leaving with a different drink or even a fountain drink but they couldn’t even manage to do that. Don’t waste your money here. I’m sure by the time we get home the food will be cold and soggy."

"It's crazy I haven't updated Stanford Grill's review in all these years since I must have come back here dozens of times since the first review and enjoyed every one of them. This location has always been nice and clean and cozy during my visits and my food always comes out hot and prepared as described by the very friendly and attentive team at Stanford Grill. They used to do a delicious lobster Thermidor and butternut squash spaghetti I haven't seen on the menu in a while but I still love the chicken pot pie, rattlesnake pasta, while I'm not inclined to order grilled salmon or rotisserie chicken out at restaurants often, theirs are always well executed. The star of the show here is the signature bread pudding dessert. I can't think of a bread pudding i've enjoyed more than theirs and with the grey goose peartini cocktail to accompany dessert, makes the perfect nightcap."

"I don’t know if people just not used to good Japanese food here or what but no that’s not it.. the best thing was my water and that was filtered‍ the shrimp tempura had shells all through it and weren’t clean. Weren’t all that tasty either, the sushi was probably the worse I ever had big thick pieces no ginger or wasabi I think it came with a sauce but idk what that was and they didn’t explain it. Luckily I grabbed a kids meal teriyaki chicken I saved a couple dollars rice was good and sticky chicken was mediocre and placed in aluminum foil and drenched in soy sauce.. I just thought about it though I could’ve took the foil out laid the rice and applied as much sauce as needed but I was turnt off by the meal in itself, would never go back! The mochi ice cream was cool."

"Chutney is one of the finest Indian restaurants on the East Coast. If you're within 200 miles, it’s definitely worth the drive because the quality is consistently outstanding. If you’re new to Indian cuisine, let this be your first introduction. Food enthusiasts already know how good it is. The lunch buffet is back! If you're visiting the DMV area, make sure to include this spot in your itinerary—it’s far better than any tourist attraction in the DC Metro. I recently visited London and waited over an hour to eat at Dishoom, a renowned Indian restaurant, but Chutney surpasses it by a wide margin."
