"This place is amazing. Shrimp and grits are the best thing I have ever put in my mouth. Only thing I found disappointing was the fish platter. It really wasn't like normal fried fish there was really not meat on it they was very think and was almost like chips they was so thin. Very disappointed with that dish."

"I visited Zola Pub after receiving numerous recommendations for their fish sandwich, and I'm glad I did—it was outstanding! On a beautiful autumn day, it was a joy to sit at an outdoor table, savor my meal, and people-watch. The service was excellent, and Frank was incredibly accommodating! They also have a full-service bar, and the atmosphere is genuinely welcoming. As always, enjoy!"

"Our server, Pablo, provided a horrible experience for us. After receiving most of our food, he disappeared and we later found him enjoying his dinner in the back booth with coworkers while we were still waiting for 2 kids meals and drink refills. We had to ask 2 other servers for drink refills. When we finally asked him about the kids meals, he rushed to put their orders into the computer. We were left wondering why the kids meals were not entered when we initially ordered. When we asked him why it took so long, he avoided giving a clear answer. The manager eventually came over and stood behind our table discussing the situation with Pablo. Despite their claims that they were not talking about us, it was obvious to us that they were. As regular customers, we were disappointed with the service we received during dinner. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner Service: 1"

"I had an amazing experience at this restaurant during my first visit! I will absolutely be returning in the future. It's hard to find top-notch places to dine these days, but this is definitely one of them! The service, food, and atmosphere all deserve a 5-star rating for sure. "I ordered the Tilapia sandwich through DoorDash. The delivery took around 15 minutes. The fish was significantly smaller than expected, and the batter coating was overcooked and rubbery. Tilapia should be white and flaky, but this was not the case. The French fries were soggy and clumped together. Surprisingly, there were no tartar sauce or ketchup provided, even though they were requested."

"the manager at this location went beyond and beyond to ensure that my order was picked up. it was a little waiting, but it was worth it! what a great guy! the team at this place pumped out drinks and had a great time. I would like to love my sons as the first job to be like these children. wow."

"Update 4/22OK no chips again and Ohh an ld only online orders so if you want to eat in or you're driving buy it's now a 1/2 hour wait because you have to stand there and order it online and wait for it be made. Only to find out Ohh they don't have your items in stock.Looks like this store needs some new management or something. Or maybe it's going out of businessLooks like this is a three strikes you're out situation.........Every single time I try to get food here they are out of chips, guacamole or both.Luckily, I have learned not to order online because chipotle corporates solution to them messing up your order is to give you free chips and guacamole which of course you can't actually use because they are always out of chips.It would be nice is chipotle actually cared about customer satisfaction but concidering the number of times I've had to complain and the fact it still keeps happening consistently proves they don't.This isn't an isolated event. This has happens 6 times in a row in the past two weeks.Highly recommend not bothering with this chipotle."

"It's not my favorite Mexican place but it's the closest to my house and I eat there usually every other week instead of driving the extra 15 minutes to atoka or Ripley to my two favorite local Mexican resturants so it's definitely good enough. "This restaurant serves delicious food and fantastic margaritas. I tried the grilled chicken and chicken in guajillo sauce, both were packed with vegetables. The Cancun margarita was made with fresh lime and orange juice and was very tasty. The restaurant wasn't too crowded when I visited, and I sat at the bar where I received excellent service."

"I received very friendly service from the three young ladies who were working during my visit. Their positive demeanor made it easy for my sandwich to be prepared exactly as I wanted. Each time you order, you get to specify your preferences, so the enthusiasm, professionalism, and kindness of the staff really make a difference in your experience. Great job, ladies—I give my sandwich two thumbs up! The restaurant was very clean, masks are required for entry, and it seems all COVID protocols are in place. Overall, I felt very comfortable at this Subway, and my sandwiches were made to perfection, making my visit a pleasant one. Excellent work, Subway team!"

"The menu is incredibly diverse and delicious; you really can’t go wrong. Aside from the pizza, some of my other favorites include the arancini, root vegetable salad, wood-fired octopus, and pasta carbonara. Honestly, every item on the menu is spot on. My top dessert pick would have to be the bomboloni—these light, tasty little donuts are just the right amount of sweet. The ambiance is fantastic and suitable for anything from a quick, casual lunch or drinks with a friend to a more elegant evening out. It has a versatile atmosphere that adapts to whatever vibe you're looking for. The Meribo family is an amazing group of people. They're not only incredibly talented at what they do, but they’re also the kindest and most welcoming folks, making you feel as though you're at the best dinner party ever. "a wonderful restaurant went down the pipes. we have eaten many years at the chimes (more places). eating was very good once and the beer selection was excellent. Unfortunately, the etouffee today tastes more like rotel and the service that is polite is also unstoppable. we ordered and watched how our training great waitress gives her life story the next table with the order in her hand for a very long time. Order before you are hungry because you will be until eating. someone should declare that salate should not come after the main meal. if people ask for special orders before it comes, unless they are too busy to give with co-workers. same with drinks. this was the third very bad experience for this location, they urgently need a recipe upgrade and the looking over adult for their server. go somewhere else. major gets messed up after the big screwing and not even an apology."

"I went upstairs to check out the vintage bar and had an amazing experience with a talented bartender—truly a mixologist—who recommended drinks for each person in our group. Every drink was fantastic, ranging from a subtle elderberry green tea to a concoction that reminded me of a Reese's cup. Each one offered a unique flavor and was an absolute pleasure to enjoy. While the pizza had a wonderful aroma, I highly recommend heading up to the bar for something truly special."

"My family decided to go to the beef house for new years eve dinner. Our waitress Ayla was amazing, but the food not so much... We 'd ordered the frog legs which were ok, the breading was a little soggy but had good flavor. We also ordered the bang bang shrimp which was amazing. Our entrees were the chicken alfredo pasta for our 16yo daughter. She said it was alright, but not great. I had the 16oz ribeye med/rare with onion rings and chicken noodle soup. The soup was great and packed with flavor. The ribeye was more on the medium to medium well side when it came out, and lacked flavor although it was very tender. The onion rings were decent as well. The wife ordered the 12oz lobster tail with cheese and broccoli as the side. After one bite of the lobster, my wife asked me to try a bite. We both agreed it was extremely tough and dry. My wife asked our server for a new one after and informed her that it was just overcooked and recommended that the next one not be cooked as long. She was very apologetic and professional. What I can only assume was the manager came out and apologized and then informed us that he had the owner try our lobster we 'd sent back ? He also informed us that if we wanted another tail, and if didn 't meet our expectations that he wouldn 't take it off the bill and recommended we just order something else. With the lobster tail meal being $67, we decided to pass and my wife and I just split my ribeye. Our server tried to offer my wife dessert but she declined saying she was full from the rolls, soup, salad and half of my ribeye. After receiving the check, our waitress did bring my wife a complementary piece of strawberry cheesecake to take home and once again apologized. We thanked her for everything and reassured her that nothing about the dinner was in any way her fault, and have a great evening. Overall it wasn 't a terrible experience, but I doubt we 'll be back for a while."

"I had ordered on door dash and they didnt have the items I had on oreder. They called back wanting replacement info and when I started to try and make sense of the situation they hung up on me because they had other customers that needed help. So they hung up on the one they were helping to answer questions that were understandably on hold due to phone call. Completely disregarding customer service all together at that time. I believe it's because they did not have the answers that I was asking questions to. Not being confronted face to face they just hung up. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would have. These folks need a lesson in customer service let alone salesmanship. Bottom line they are there to sale a product and service the public not hang up on them because they don't have the answers and someone else walks in. A simple request to compensate order or try to make the sale happen they hung up."

"We've eaten here several times in the past and feel like the quality has gone down. We got the taco salad fajitas and it was packed with rice! The steak was too tough to eat and no cheese sauce at all which made it extremely dry. Ended up throwing it away which we never do too expensive to waste. Very disappointed."

"We went last Friday, and later learned that the entire bar staff had quit the week before. We still had excellent service, an attentive and polite waiter, our drinks were always full, and karaoke was a great time. Food was cheap and good. Mixed drinks were even better. The manager came over a couple of times and was also very courteous. Very nice staff and great entertainment with DJ TC. We will definitely be returning."

"The 4 of us showed up without reservations and we were told we could either sit at the bar or outside, even though there were plenty of tables in the restaurant. We chose outside since it was a nice night. We started with Watermelon and Cantelope Martinis. For apps we got Brussels Sprouts and Tuna Tartare...both excellent. For main course we got Heirloom Tomatoes Salad and Grilled Peaches Salad, also delicious. Service was great as well. Only complaint we had was the amount of flies that were outside. Even though they had two fans going, it didn't help. The flies were very hungry and we were waving our hands while eating to keep them away. We let the server know and to let the manager know there were solutions to fixing the issue. Especially when you are forking out over $100 per couple for dinner, who wants to swat flies while eating. If you want to eat here, please make reservations ahead of time. Wish we would have known that."
