"This is a fun place for burgers and other comfort foods. This particular time we went Friday night, it was busy we waited a little bit for a table and were 30 minutes to get a table. Service was not as good as we had experienced before. The hamburgerswere good, everyone enjoyed them. My wife and I got the special which was a pretzel bun Burger with an accompaniment of cheeseto dip into. When we received our food the cheese was already cold. We brought that to the attention of our waitress and shesaid she would bring more cheese, which she did. The second serving of cheese was cold. I asked to speak to the manager. Whenthe manager came she went immediately to excuses and defense. She spoke and filibustered for what seemed like 4 minutes withoutletting me even get a word in edgewise. She really wasn't interested in what I had to say. But the result was we got a thirdcheese. As it came to the table it too was cold. The hardest part to deal with was the manager who thought that what she had tosay was so important she couldn't give a chance to even listen. The manager I'm sure was very busy, as the restaurant was verybusy. The manager's poor customer service skills left a bad taste in our mouth. That's not always been the case here previously."

"Loafers is a local bakery chain. Each morning, the bakery makes many flavors of fresh breads. Flavors vary by the day of week and the baker’s choice. Some examples are honey whole wheat, English muffin, sourdough, cherry-apple challah, and banana. The menu also includes some salads, sandwiches, sides, desserts, and drinks.During my visit to this store, my preferred flavor of cinnamon swirl was sold out, so I instead bought a Pennsylvania Dutch streusel and a peach crumb cake. An employee promptly and politely served me. I thought that the streusel and cake were fresh and tasted good."

"We've always loved it here. One of my husband's favorite eats... The food is great but almost $7.00 for just a hot dog??? They start employees at $21.19/hr to flip burgers and ring the register and I get that they need to make that up somewhere, but itwon't be on my dime anymore. Unfortunately, we'll be dining elsewhere from here out."
