"Three of us visited this restaurant on a Monday night without reservations, around 6:30pm. We were seated immediately and the service was good, with clean tables. I ordered the large prawns, which were excellent. My husband ordered the rib eye cooked medium-rare, but it came out more on the rare side, which he still enjoyed. Our 6-year-old ordered the mini corn dogs and loved them, especially the ice cream sandwich that came with his meal. The wait staff have always discretely asked me if the kids can have the ice cream before bringing it out, which I appreciate. Parking is available in a large dirt lot with plenty of spaces, as well as across the street."

"Everything was good, and we always enjoy our visits. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 out of 5 instead of a perfect 5 is that I always order my meal without salad. I'm not allergic or anything; I just don't like it. To her credit, the woman who had prepared my tacos came over before I even unwrapped them and realized they had salad on them. She brought me a taco without salad when I had ordered two. She explained, "I’ve made some with salad on them, so here’s one without." That was great, but two of them still had salad, and it’s almost impossible to remove. I should have mentioned it, but I didn’t. I managed to take most of the salad off one of the tacos, but when I struggled with the third taco, my partner kindly offered to buy me another and ended up eating the one that still had salad on it."

"We did door dash. 2 of 3 kids means we're not correct. 1 6 inch did not have everything on it. We didn't receive any chips. IT was left outside our door with no knock, no notice. Tried calling the door dash...answering machine each time. No reply back. Called Subway. Their response was sorry, we can't do anything about it. Really, you made 3 sandwiches wrong and you should make sure the entire order is ready for door dash. Hire people who speak English and can communicate with you if you have no one who speaks their language."

"This was my wife mines first time at Spencer's Chophouse Tavern. We were greeted with a friendly smile and seated right away. Our waitress was pleasant and took our drink order and returned with our drinks right away. Our food order was taken shortly after, when we were ready, and we received our food in a timely manner. My soup, beef stroganoff, was a tasty starter. I had the 16oz Italian Ribeye. My steak was easily the full 16oz and cooked perfectly. The fries were a delicious side. I did indulge and order a piece of the oatmeal pie. I would recommend saving room for this pie; it was amazing. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. I appreciated that the music was at a volume that could be heard, but was quiet enough to have a conversation at a normal speaking voice. The lighting is darker than most places, but I liked it once I adjusted to it. I highly recommend Spencer's Chophouse Tavern. We are definitely coming back when we are back in the area."

"I think the food was pretty good, some of it was not that good but a lot of it was! The fried donuts are amazing! My only concern is that the soda was kind of off and so was the pineapple. Also the bathrooms were kind of concerning due to the fact that many of the stalls were closed off and the lighting was dim and the water from the sinks did not work. Other than that, it was pretty darn good and I enjoyed my fried donuts and my fortune cookie! Will return! Loved the Chinese decor!"

"Extremely relaxed, casual atmosphere. All outside dining picnic tables, easy for kids to run around and make noise and be themselves. The burger was really good served with plenty of fries. Tons of beer, wine whiskey options, friendly service, but even though it wasn't very busy they didn't brink us out water refills after having asked twice for it. Overall, we would go back as the servers were friendly, the food was good prices reasonable and a good way to wind down without feeling like you need to get cleaned up"

"We were in town for a funeral this weekend and decided to go to one of the places my mother-in-law liked. We had a very large party and were told that they could accommodate our party. Tables were already rearranged when we got there since some of the party beat us there from the funeral home. Some of the party already had drinks and we asked where they got them from, they said they went straight to the bar, so we did too. The bartender appeared to be having a rough night, but we were too, so it wasn 't a big deal. We got our drinks and went back to our table. My father-in-law wanted a red beer, so my brother-in-law went back and asked for just a glass and a tomato juice. Next thing we know we were getting kicked out. My brother-in-law tried to find out what happened and was accused of being rude and calling a waitress derogatory names. Another patron at the bar, who was not in our party, said that wasn 't true and nothing of the sort was said. I find it funny that after the only two people of color went to the bar and ordered drinks we get kicked out. I was appalled that any place of business would treat such a large party like that. My mother-in-law was always proud to be from a small town community that was so tight knit, and to be treated like that was horrible on such a somber occasion. Needless to say, we took our business to Casa De Oro and they were MORE than willing to accommodate our party and welcome us with hugs and condolences. That 's what my mother-in-law would have been proud of. Most definitely not the disgusting behavior that came from the manager at A&G."

"HO LEE TOLEDO! Stopped in for the first time, after driving by a few hundred times over the years, and was super impressed! We'd been in town doing some future planning, and I wanted to catch the last half of the ISU bowl game tonight. I was planning on a burger and fries or some such... But when I saw a reasonably priced Prime Rib, I was taken aback... Do I try it? I'm a meat snob from way back, so I wasn't sure. I asked my waitress and she seemed really confident. So, why not? WOWSERS. It was done perfectly, good cut, nice edge with seasonings, fat was soft and pliable, and the flavor was on point. I have grown to avoid great meat at restaurants, because they can never equal or best my own talents. After enough high priced failures, you tend to just get the chicken, snag a burger, or roll the dice on the tenderloin. But I'm glad I tried it. My faith in Prime Rib has been restored. The wife had a great burger, my boy was digging his cheeseburger and fries, and the wait staff was quick and attentive. I was super thirsty when we arrived and I'll bet she snagged 4 refills for me in an hour. I didn't say boo... She was on top of it. I reckon I'll need to go back and enjoy more of the menu now. Dine with confidence and tip those folks. They earned it!"

"The Windrow is a clean restaurant that offers delicious food. Each time we visit, we enjoy a great atmosphere. I particularly love the lunch specials. There's also a bar on the other side of the establishment. Plus, there's a spacious parking lot conveniently located right in front of the highway."

"I can't say enough about the great experience with the fantastic service at the small green food truck. About 6 months ago, we had an idea. How about a taco truck for our event? We reached out to the young entrepreneurs and knew we had found the perfect vendor. They were on top of everything, arriving early and ready to serve. They efficiently catered to all 300 of our guests with excellent customer service. Every single guest at our party raved about the tacos and snow cones! It was such a relief for my wife and me to be able to enjoy our son's graduation party. We can't thank these young entrepreneurs enough! They were professional from the initial contact to packing up after the event. Thank you for making our graduation party a success. We would definitely return and give them a perfect 10 out of 10 rating!"

"The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and serves good food. However, the quality of service varies depending on the staff present. Unfortunately, the tea we had that day was disappointing—it tasted more like colored ice water and not at all like the Sweet Tea you'd expect in this area. On a positive note, the onion petals were excellent, and the burger and fries were tasty as well. However, the server that day was rude and not at all like the friendly local staff we've encountered on previous visits. Typically, the local servers are sweet, welcoming, and know how to treat their customers well. I plan to return to support this local business, but I will be sure to check which waitress is working that day."
