"Pretty good. My spouse and I went to Linh 's for lunch for the first time today. They had only been open about 15 minutes and most of the tables were full already. They were also doing a very brisk take out business today. The servers (we had several) were all friendly. Most of what we ordered was good.<br/ <br/ My husband really liked his hot and sour soup. It tasted fresh and a little peppery. He also enjoyed his General Tsao 's chicken and fried rice. I ordered a pork noodle bowl. First let me say I 've already had the best pork noodle bowl in the world (Vietnamese Cuisine, Denver CO). I was hoping for something similar. The pork here was fairly tasteless and was covered in something that had the texture of sand. I 've eaten Vietnamese food all over the country. The only place I 've had the 'sand ' topping is now two places in Dayton (another small Asian restaurant in the same part of town). I have no idea what it is. It 's tasteless and adds a very odd texture. Luckily my husband was kind enough to share his lunch with me. <br/ <br/ The hot tea seemed to be Lipton rather than a reasonably good Asian tea. I may be the only person who notices. I have several varieties of asian teas at home that I drink almost daily. I got hooked on them when we lived in Hawaii. <br/ <br/ We weren 't offered siracha or any other condiments when the food arrived. No one came back to check on us after the food was delivered. <br/ <br/ I would go back but I will definitely steer clear of the noodle bowls and will try other things on the menu. I 'll just have to visit Vietnamese Cuisine in Denver when I 'm there on business for my pork fix."
