"However, today (April 9, 2024), I returned to the drive-thru, and again, the line wasn’t too bad. When I got to the window, they asked me to park. After waiting for almost 30 minutes, I finally received my food only to discover that my sandwich was wrong and I had the wrong sauce for my nuggets. I didn’t spend much on this order, but this isn’t the first or second time this has happened to me.
It’s highly disappointing because I genuinely enjoy McDonald’s, but it seems that there are too many careless employees, especially during the afternoon swing shift. Their customer service is lacking, and it's been frustrating to deal with. I’m not referring to the islanders; I’m talking specifically about some of the staff from Mexico and South America. I believe they could learn a lot about professionalism from their islander colleagues. I’ve truly had enough of these experiences!"
