"The kitchen was very backed up so it took forever for our food to arrive. After waiting 40 minutes we finally received our appetizers. Then after about another half hour the manager apologized and told us that the item I ordered was no longer available so I needed to pick something else. Our dinner arrived about 30 minutes later. In the end our meal was on the house."

"Was looking for a quick meal to grab when I stopped here starving. This Venezuelan eatery offers all the typical fare you?d expect (at great prices) and even has a couple notable specials like 2 of their Engy Hot Dogs with a fountain soda for only $3.99 after 3p.m. I decided to go for their ?You Can?t Eat Just One Empanadita? special to start which includes 3 fried empanadas of your choice and a fountain soda for $3.99. The empanadas were mediocre, nothing special to rave about though I really enjoyed their house sauces served with them which you shouldn?t miss out on! For my entree I decided to get their Steak Pepiarepa $8.99 since I had never seen anything like it before. Their Pepiarepas are fried arepas cut into chunks, cabbage, tomatoes, ham, boiled egg, mustard, ketchup and their house ?engy? sauce so kind of like a deconstructed arepa served in a bowl with your choice of protein. I think I would have preferred ordering a normal stuffed arepa to this even though the flavors and combination were somewhat tasty. Some of the ingredients (like the arepa and steak pieces) were over cooked making it chewy and the whole thing taste pretty second-rate. I did come 30 minutes before closing which I usually try to avoid and maybe is why my meal came out just okay. The staff was very friendly and it was an inviting eatery, but I can?t see myself venturing back any time soon."

"We got there at 9, our reservation was for 9:30, they sat us immediately. Food came within 10 minutes of ordering, it was beyond amazing, drinks were amazing, service was amazing, honestly just an overall amazing experience. We were out by 9:38, literally 38 minute dining experience, I don’t think Ive ever eaten at such a high end place and it went as smooth and fast as this. Highly recommend!"

"At the enchanting culinary haven of PURE JOY, the experience is simply exceptional. Mr. Vera and his family, headed by his wife Milagros and daughter Mariana, radiate love and hospitality. Every bite of their delicious meals and snacks is a pleasure for the palate. Gabriel and all the staff demonstrate unparalleled kindness and attention. As I am a regular visitor to pure joy and a demanding consumer of good coffee; I give particular credit to Ms. Albany, who creates coffee with a magical touch and an infectious smile. The atmosphere is cozy and the products stand out for their quality and freshness. In addition, the impeccable level of hygiene and care in every corner of the premises is evident. In short, without a doubt, PURE JOY fully lives up to its name. Every visit to this enchanting place is an experience of distinctive and pleasurable pure joy that reflects its own personality."

"This is a wonderful restaurant. The service is top-notch, the food is delicious with an authentic Italian flavor. We left feeling very satisfied with our dining experience. My only issue is that they add an 18% "service charge" to the bill, which seems to be mandatory rather than optional. I would have preferred to have the choice to decide on the tip amount myself."

"Absolutely recommend! We’ve visited this restaurant on two separate occasions and have been consistently impressed with everything we've tried. The barbecue platter is incredibly delicious—fresh, flavorful, and meant to serve three people, but it's always a smart idea to take leftovers home. Marian took care of us during this visit, and she was fantastic, helping us choose the best options. She’s the best server we’ve ever had!"

"TikTok made me do it! let me tell you, I DON?T REGRET IT! Bless whoever made the Sesame Asian Cuisine ?All You Can Eat? TikTok pop up on my home page. This place is a gem that must be protected at all costs! Of course I went to the All You Can Eat Brunch which takes places on the weekends from 11am to 4pm for $40! Additionally to their brunch they also have amazing cocktail promos such as the 2 hours bottomless mimosa for $19 and their 2 cocktails for $20. Btw: They also an a la carte offering if brunching is not your thing. The second I walked in this place I was mesmerized by the Asian pop culture inspired decor all across the restaurant. Everything looked so cute and every corned is highly Instagramable! I arrived around 11:45-12pm so there was no wait time, however when I was leaving at around 2pm the line outside was quite long so I?d recommend securing your spot by making a reservation. We were welcomed by the super friendly staff and our server who quickly lead us to our table. She was so kind and explained throughly about how the brunch worked and even gave us recommendations. My top picks are: Pork Belly Bun, Pork Belly Donburi, Shrimp Tempura Roll. For the in depth breakdown: I ordered the Spicy Garlic Edamame (6/10 , Pork Belly Bun (10/10 MUST MUST MUST TRY! One of the best pork belly buns I?ve tried in my life! , Homemade Spring Roll (5/10 , Basil Asian Fried Calamari (6.5/10 they were too oily and salty , Crab Rangoons (7/10 , Tropical Ceviche (7.5/10 , Ultimate Dragon Roll (7/10 , Shrimp Tempura Roll (8.5/10 , Ocean Cobra Roll (7.5/10 , California Roll (8/10 , Pork Belly Donburi (9.5/10 SO SO DELICIOUS ! Can?t wait to visit again!"

"When you search Beirut Doral restaurant, it shows that there is still happy hour. The main reason we went yesterday was to celebrate a coworkers birthday with a happy hour. It is false advertising to have it on the website. When we asked about it, the waitress was dismissive and a little rude. Also, they have a list of crafted cocktails… and that’s all there is. They have a bar that’s just for show because you can only ask from the list provided. ALSO, There were a couple people in our party who didn’t speak Spanish. And it was super clear the waitress spoke English but no matter what, she refused to speak in the language that our table was all speaking. I get it, we are in Doral.. but this is a LEBANESE restaurant. How do you expect to gain customers who want authentic Lebanese food when everyone only speaks Spanish and there are tequenos and pasta on the menu… it’s ridiculous. No one in our party plans to return to this place. Highly would NOT recommend."

"The atmosphere at this restaurant is fantastic, and the appetizers are truly authentic and delicious. I haven't tried the main courses yet, but if you visit a Lebanese restaurant, be sure to order the Mezza. The Kibbeh Neia wasn't as impressive, but the Kibbeh, hummus, tabbouleh, and batata harra were all excellent. The hookah experience was fantastic, and the vibe, music, and dancing were spot on. We were treated to a belly dancing performance when we visited on Friday."

"I want to start off by saying that this place has a nice atmosphere and they were able to sit us without a reservation on a busy Sunday. The restaurant was adequately staffed but the service was slow and a bit inattentive. The food is not true Peruvian food but a latin fusion. They gave us a free starter which were sweet potato chips and they were stale and you can tell they had been sitting for a while. The food was decent enough the lomo tequeños were on the thinner side and they were flaky. The tallarines were cheesy and not the bright Peruvian green that you expect the lomo was chewy and lacked flavor. The chaufa was decent but nothing special. The picarones were really good and I recommend them if you like buñuelos. The suspiro limeño tasted like a can of condensed milk it was overly sweet and and no taste of lime. I can say that the plating was beautiful. The only reason this place doesn’t get more stars from me is when we went to pay the bill the waiter decided to explain how tipping worked because we decided to split the bill. The lowest tip they offer is 18% even for lackluster and inattentive service."

"Was in the area, and as I often do, search G.Maps to see what 's good in this hood . Kokai had the most positive reviews so without hesitation I hit start on the directions. Actually got there just as they were opening. So got a great look at the place before anyone was seated. By the time my first appetizer arrived and the Iced Green Tea, the place was already showing signs of a lunch buzz (and it was only 12:15 pm). Shrimp shumai was good as expected, with a twist of hot mustard on the plate. The edamame came out steaming hot with the right amount of sea salt. And my ? sushi was above expectation on presentation, flavors and portion. Overall great experience. Just a note... a lot, and I mean 95% of the sushi rolls have cream cheese in the ingredients. I asked them to swap that out for avocado ? in my roll. No problem for a $1 fee (which I don 't even think they charged me). It was just a bit surprising that I had to search for the 2 or 3 rolls that didn 't have it and just ended up substituting it. Was very happy that it was an easy thing to ask for. Will go back to try some of their unique fusion sushi with madura, as well as the latin-esque flavors. You will do a double-take as you hear a steady flow of beautiful Español in an Asian restaurant. But so goes the wonderful spectrum of our human experience. I stopped looking for Authentic Japanese, or anything ethnic with an original face in the kitchen decades ago. Just happy to have wonderful cuisine with with a broad spectrum of flavors brought to us by imaginative people from all over the world. #LocalGem #AsianFusion #GoodEats #theresthatfoodie"

"I went last night with 3 friends to celebrate a birthday, the service was horrible! It took them like 30 minutes to ask us for a drink. The menu says they have rice for the bowls, we ordered the bowl with rice 15 minutes later they told us that they don’t have rice, it was a mistake in the menu. They brought the food only for two people and the other two were served 10 minutes later. I used to go to this place but not any more! Worst service ever!!!"

"Hello! I’m from New York and have been on the hunt for great pizza in Doral for quite a while, and I finally found it! The pizza arrives piping hot, and the dough is fresh rather than frozen. The pepperoni is small and crispy—absolutely delicious! Additionally, my son loves their chicken sandwich. I wholeheartedly recommend this pizza place, and I assure you I wasn’t compensated for this review. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do! It’s a bit on the pricey side, but the portions are generous. Excellent service and fresh ingredients do come at a cost! November 1, 2022. Love, Lena Maloney and Family in Doral."
"To all the locals and travelers staying at nearby hotels, you must visit this hidden gem of an Italian restaurant! Despite its small size with only a handful of tables, we have never had trouble getting seated. The brick oven fired pizza here is hands down the best we have ever had - and we have tried pizza all over as seasoned travelers. There are actually two of these restaurants, but this is the superior one (although I'm sure the other is great too). The appetizers are incredible, especially the three flavor bruschetta – absolutely delicious! They offer a variety of specialty pizzas to choose from, each with a unique twist. We opted for a cheese pizza to share, which turned out to be the perfect size. The thin crust, flavorful tomato sauce, fresh basil, mozzarella, and customizable toppings make for a truly mouthwatering experience. In addition to pizza, they also serve traditional Italian dishes. It's BYOB, so don't forget to bring a bottle of wine - they will open it for you and provide nice wine glasses. As frequent business travelers to the area, we have visited this restaurant three times now and highly recommend it. Gabriella, our server, is excellent and you can even watch your pizza being made right in front of you. Don't miss out on this place if you're in town - you will not be disappointed!"

"Where do I start? The first time the employees were polite food ok. The second time, the meat extremely salty. Tonight, I figured I give-it another try. Well what can I say I asked a normal plain question and the guy who was doing the dishes came over. First, no hello, good evening, and major attitude: All because I don 't speak Spanish- Welcome to America. Second: He responded: It comes with salt. [I asked if salt was added on prem or if factory added . Never an excuse or I 'm sorry for my previous experience, and to top it off, rolled his eyes [True Drama Queen . If I was him, I would have started by apologizing and asking if I would like to try a piece of the meat-A complete incompetent person. I was given the look of How dare you not speak Spanish. My money doesn 't go to businesses where employees are rude, uneducated, and think he or she cannot be bothered...DO NOT GO TO THIS GYROVILLE. Oh Kitchen floors do not look too clean. Later, I will check state of FL and see if any food sanitation violations."

"We were fortunate to find this restaurant close to our hotel. The patacones and arepas were amazing, especially with the homemade cheese. Patacones are a great option if you're trying to steer clear of wheat breads since the sandwich is made using two slices of plantain instead of traditional bread. It’s definitely a gluten-free choice!"
