"I usually order from this restaurant frequently, but tonight's experience was disappointing. They kept putting me on hold because the staff couldn't understand my street name, even though I speak English. I also ordered for my kids, and while the pizza turned out fine, the chicken Caesar wrap was a complete letdown. It was poorly made, not even using the correct type of bread, and it looked very messy, almost like it was prepared with a lack of care. I had to cut it up myself! I’ll share a picture for reference. Typically, I love this place—their pizza is fantastic, and the food is generally good. However, tonight's order left me feeling uncertain and quite let down."
