"We are on a nationwide journey to honor our fallen heroes in law enforcement, firefighting, and the military. Recently, we held a fundraising event in Eustis, Florida, during the Grand Design Central Florida Owners RV Rally, and we wanted to share our experience at this amazing restaurant with one of our sponsors.
From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional, setting the tone for a memorable dinner. A live Mariachi band was performing, which immediately hinted that we were in for a special evening. My wife and I arrived about ten minutes before our guest, and the staff promptly placed freshly made salsa and chips in front of us. When our guest arrived, they had the same delightful welcome, and we even joked about how we hadn’t staged the band for their arrival!
We each ordered a variety of dishes from the menu. Naturally, I went for the fajitas—both beef and chicken. Honestly, I wasn't paying much attention to what anyone else ordered; my focus was solely on enjoying my meal! The fajitas arrived perfectly cooked on a sizzling hot plate that was so hot it could have triggered the fire alarms! Accompanied by warm flour tortillas and all the necessary toppings for my fajitas, it was a feast for the senses. They were so delicious that my wife was left wishing for leftovers to take home!
We look forward to this event every year, and this restaurant has now earned its place as a must-visit each time we’re in the area. With a fantastic staff, incredible food, and everything well above the usual Tex-Mex standards, it’s a gem! As a proud Texan, I hope my fellow Tex-Mex enthusiasts will appreciate this recommendation.
