"This restaurant Carlino’s’s is a Little jewel hidden away off Halsey in Gresham. The owner is very friendly and service minded. All his employees are friendly and outgoing as well. I’d have to say the chicken Caesar salad is my favorite. I took two friends and they had a wonderful meal, hamburgers, french fries and tater tot’s. We all enjoyed our food we had chocolate cake for dessert which is very tasty. One of the best chocolate cakes I’ve ever had! The best time to go is in the afternoon it is least busy. They have a variety of things on the menu from pizza to salads. A wonderful offering of cakes and Ruby Jewel ice cream sandwiches they are made in Portland. They are closed on Sunday. Please stop by and check them out and order something that you really love and you’ll enjoy it wonderful meal. There is free parking in the lot. Enjoy!"

"Have gone here for many years. Was really disappointed in the food. Skimpy on everything. Had pecan halibut. Overcooked on the bottom and hard. Very little sauce which made it dry. Asked for more sauce and they brought a small cup for 3 people. Dry mashed potatoes and long stems on the broccoli. They used to give you salad before dinner that was part of your dinner but now if you want salad it’s extra. For the price I would expect better. I’m sorry to say I will not be back. Parking: Small parking lot and shared with other businesses."
