"We’ve eaten at Urban Grill before and the food has always been good. I guess the night stared off bad when we were seated at the last table right outside the bathrooms, something needs to be done with putting a divider, door or curtain so that you don’t have to see everyone going in and out of the bathrooms. Maybe it was because we were seated so far away from the rest of the restaurant, our server took forever to serve us so we ordered our meal at the same time we ordered drinks. As for food, my wife ordered a ribeye and I ordered the scallops. Food came and my wife’s $45 ribeye was maybe a half inch thick and was gray, my wife took one bite and it tasted spoiled. I took bite as well and it just didn’t taste good at all. We flagged down waiter and informed him, he kept saying the food is “fresh” but did take it back and brought her a menus to look at to select something else, after 10 minutes of him not checking to see what she wanted to order, we decided to just share my meal. Seems to me that standards and making sure customers are well taken care of are no longer important to them…. What a shame. I doubt that we will ever go back."

"The buffet is a disaster. It opens at 11am but they have no pizza. They wait till someone comes in and asks what they want, which in some ways is nice. It takes them 30min and they will only put out the 1 pizza you requested. When multiple people come in, they will do half pizzas per request. At any given time there might be 2 partial pizzas available on the buffet. If you dont have an hour+ and are there for a short lunch, forget about it! If you want to sit there all day, you can keep making requests and get exactly what you want I guessI dont think they get the buffet concept though. It’s about having 5+ pizzas to choose from and immediately available. A compromise would be at 11am start with pepperoni, veggie, and some other pizza. Hell, just 1 pizza, pepperoni, so there is something."

"Wow. It was sooo good. Each dish was easily enough for 2 people (if not 3 . They were very generous with the proteins and the vegetables were perfectly cooked. Level 3 was fine for us but it's great that you can order a higher level of heat. Oh, and absolutely order extra of the spicy lime dipping sauce. It's especially perfect on the fried rice. Recommend going with friends so you can try several dishes. My favorite was the pad thai. Partner's favotite was the crying tiger. Looking forward to returning to try dishes with tofu. When we ordered fried rice with no meat, I was really happy when the server asked if eggs were okay. (I'm okay with but it was a great that the server was so on top of the possibility. The prices are a bit high but the generous portions and excellent quality makes it completely worth every penny. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5"

"Looking for something different but not that extreme. Give this family owned place a try. I’ve been coming here for nearly 20 years. Is it authentic Peruvian food? I wouldn't know but it is really good and all seems freshly prepared. My favorite is the Chicken/Pollo Aijaco. Such delicious garlic sauce. They have a great take on calamari. There are many different types of dishes. Large portions. Very friendly staff. I see serval reviews knocking restaurants for orders though Door Dash, Uber Eats, and other food delivery services. It might help to know these services are often not something the restaurants seek. Restaurants are happy to do take out. Yet the food delivery services are a different matter. They can cut into restaurant profits, restaurants have no control over quality of handling, and restaurants are often forced into using food delivery. Talk to a restaurant owner and you will come away with a very different perspective than you thought the food delivery services are about."

"If you're looking for an excellent shabu and grill experience, this restaurant is the place to go. The Mongolian spicy soup comes highly recommended. Halves serves top-quality cuts of meat that are both tasty and tender, whether you decide to boil or grill them. Here’s a tip for enjoying shabu shabu: after swirling the thinly sliced meat in the boiling broth, dip it into either the GOMA or YUZU dipping sauce. This not only cools the meat but also enhances its flavor. It's a fantastic spot for small groups of 2 to 4, but I wouldn't recommend it for larger parties unless you're comfortable sitting at the bar."

"There was this dude named trey, tray trai? (not sure about the spelling) there who openly wanted to argue. I didn't quite hear him but I kept reiterating that I wanted three giant subs. He was then quick to say I'm only cutting the bread and like ok? Sureno problem been here before. After which he asked what kind of meat? I said ill take 2 club Supremes. He prepared 3 which isn'twhat I wanted but it wasn't an issue I just asked to have a different meat on the last one. I didn't even want them to replacethe bread. Well he didn't like that and went into a mild temperature tantrum and was visibly angry. His coworkers seemed veryawkward and kept working (credit to them) regardless he wanted to argue almost and I find it in appropriate for him to be soready to argue than be ok no problem well swap out the meat."

"07/04-2022: We are from out of town. Around 5:30 PM, we used the drive-in and ordered a few food-items. One of them was Reg. Chips and Queso. Later, when we opened the bags, the Chips was missing. I called the store and spoke with the manager. He had aheavy accent so I could not understand him fully. He said he would give a credit for the missing item. I informed him I can givehim the credit card number. But he said he has to see. Not sure what he wanted to see. When I tried to talk to him further, hejust hung up. My guess is that Del Taco payment system does not allow to give credit digitally. That should change to allowcredits over the phone when the purchase transaction, such as Order#, Purchase Price, etc. is confirmed. The quality of thefood is so-so, nothing to write home about. Because of my experience, I would not recommend Del Taco."

"I went on Christmas day after Christmas church service. They were busy, but for them being busy, they were extremely efficient and quick! The food came out hot and in a timely manner. Our server was attentive but not overly attentive, which was nice. I will start making this a Christmas tradition from here on out. I would highly recommend this Denny's to anyone in the area!"

"I'll give him a five because I think her 4.2 ranking is too low. I think this place is closer to a 4.5. The staff is friendly and invites the plate. I enjoy the food, but the feeling they could create new pages to replace some of their current ones. They're good with potatoes. The green is not my favorite, but I can't say it was bad. "This Chick-fil A customer service has gone from bad to worse. I am a local and I come to this Chick-fil-A a few times a month. Recently, everything in this store has gone south. Customer service is bad. Today, I have ordered a tray for 10 people to bepicked up at 4:30PM. The order wasn't ready at 4:50PM. When I entered the restaurant, I have told a staff in grey shirt namedJana, she treated me like I don't exist. She didn't even go check the order, didn't check the register or kitchen to see if myorder was ready. Didn't check the computer screen or what so ever. Then, after a while I told Jana again that I was there for myorder that supposed to be ready and picked up at 4:30PM. Again, she just asked me to wait and continue to talk to other staff.No checking for me. Third time when I asked, she finally went to check the computer screen and couldn't find myorder. Finally, a guy named Bryan helped me out with my order."

"This is a super cute place. The decorations are adorable. The outside and inside is very clean. The tv plays amazing surfing the entire time. We were seated right away because they were not very busy. Our waitress did not notice us so we sat there forever before she came to take our order. The people that came in well after us even had their food. It took about 40 minutes from the time we were seated to actually eat and at they point we were exhausted from our trip down there. I had the Yaki tacos and on the menu they sounded delicious but I would say they were just okay. The flavors did not blends well for me."

"Awesome little place here in Foothill Ranch, Ca. Lots of parking. They offer dine-in and pick up. Good amount of sits inside and out.Perfect place for family dine-in, groups or even if you fly solo. Lots of choices to choose from. If you don?t eat spicy, makesure you tell them. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and kind. When the food is ready, they?ll bring it to your table! Wetried their new items, the shrimp tacos, mine came with beans and rice for $14. The tacos were filled with a really good amountof food, they were very filling, plus the rice and beans. It was all well cooked, fresh, and delicious. Mine was spicy, I forgotto tell them about it lol, I don?t eat spicy, but I still ate them because they were mouth watering lol. They also make theirown chips, my wife really enjoyed them, and so did I, pairing them with a guacamole dip or the other salsas. It was really goodto be honest. I?ll be coming back next weekend Lord willing! Hope my daughter likes them too! The atmosphere inside was niceand relaxing. Nice decorations, and very spacious the restaurant!"

"We visited this restaurant twice and had a great experience both times. The place is clean and has a beautifully diverse menu offering a wide range of options. "I arranged for a large group to eat in this restaurant while we visited from the city for a sporting event. it was the birthday of our trainer and we wanted to celebrate. I called well in advance, made a reservation for 26 people and explained that we would need separate controls from the family. I then called the day before to talk to the manager and confirm the reservation to ensure that they are properly occupied. despite my efforts when we arrived, there was only one person waiting for us, and they let our tables take off from a cool evening. fortunately they had set heating so we were in order, but no one told me that during booking and I would have warned the people in our party to dress warm. the one waitress that served us was rude, she was obviously not happy to deal with us, and told us that we all had to be on a deck. I explained that I had spoken to the manager and that we could join together to make fewer controls, but we could not make a big review because this would be too complicated. a person in our party also had an allergy and when they told her about it, she seemed upset about what she concerned so that she went and went somewhere else. she was very unhappy and made it very obvious. it took 45 minutes to get drinks (and come to find out some of the children never even drink at all, not even water) and we were not served our food until an hour and a half of the waiting. it was a terrible experience and ruined what should have been a beautiful evening. I tried to talk to the manager three times after I let him know that he could be aware of the problems that occurred, but he was never available to talk to me."

"Delicious food for an okay price. We came for a later dinner around 8pm on a Friday and it was quite empty. They had to explain they just had big rush because they had run out of at least two of the sides. Of course these were the two I chose and found out the hard way they were out of them. I'm not sure if it's because their ingredients are so fresh they they don't keep much in stock or just an unusually busy night. But it worked out because I ended up ordering the Moro (rice beans) from the cashier's suggestion. It was excellent! I think I enjoyed that more than my chicken entree. Everything was excellently spiced and flavored. It wasn't overwhelming or super heavy, so I walked away feeling just right and content. The salad dressing was a delicious blend of creaminess and spiciness."

"I was at Bowlista superfood Cafe yesterday. I took a group of friends there after a hike for some refreshing smoothies. The guys who got the smoothies loved them. Some of us also got fresh juice and a couple of us got the acai bowls.
