"Heather was our server and, as always, she was excellent. We specifically ask for her whenever we come in because she truly cares about her customers. My father, who is 87 and has mobility issues, had an incident at the restaurant a few weeks ago and Heather went above and beyond to help us out. It meant the world to us. It's rare to find someone who looks out for their elderly customers like she does. I wish more servers had her compassion and zest for life. Thank you to Heather, as well as Courtney, Caroline, Regina, and the rest of the 3-L crew. We appreciate all of you."

"The General Tso's Chicken should have a spicy kick, but it tasted very similar to orange chicken. The lo mein was average, and the steamed vegetables were fine, but the dumplings tasted store-bought and not homemade. Overall, the food was basic and not particularly special or authentic. On a positive note, the servers and the lady at the front desk were very pleasant, but I left feeling disappointed."

"I came all the way from Cincinnati to this hotheads here in Fort Wright (i’m literally sitting in front of the restaurant doing the review), because the service is usually so good and every time I come in, I leave a tip, but this evening, the young man, making the bowls messed up the tip for the rest of the crew. Not only was he rude to me about sauces that I asked for while I was ordering my bowls, but he was also rude to the young man who was ringing up my food. If I could have tipped the guy at the register and just him, I would’ve done that but my daughter used to work at a place similar to that and I know that that’s not how it goes so I just took my food and left but I won’t be back!!"

"I visited this restaurant for the first time and noticed that the parking lot was quite full. Fortunately, there was still plenty of seating available both indoors and on the patio. I had a hard time deciding on my meal, so I opted for the appetizer sampler. I have to say, the honey jalapeño boneless wings were fantastic! The poppers, pretzel sticks with cheese, and quesadilla were also enjoyable. I will definitely return for those wings! The atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was excellent as well. The average cost per person was around $20–30."

"The wing place is very cool, not crowded on this particular Friday but still very busy. I suppose people know a great place to get food when they enjoy it the first time they dine or take out. Yes, I would bring my granddaughter back to Buffalo Wild Wings for more wings and fries. They also have a great atmosphere for dine-in customers. Weekends are even better with some Buffalo Wild Wings and ice-cold beverages! Service is for takeout."

"Went here for Valentines Day and it was a horrible experience. After getting seated took over 30 minutes before we got our drinks. Then another 90 minutes before our food, (which was their normal menu items) was delivered. After getting our food, we noticed that one of our orders was wrong, one of the items was burnt very badly, and another part of our order was missing. It took another 30 minutes after before our order was corrected. When trying to get to wait staffs attention they seemed like they were either intentionally ignoring or hiding from the customers because we were not the only table having issues. So we had to constantly walk up to the counter to explain to someone that we were waiting to have our order taken and that our order was wrong. We counted at least 5 groups that walked out either after being seated or while waiting to be seated. Had this not been a holiday we would have left, but trying to get a table at another restaurant would have been impossible. We were later told that our server who was the assistant manager had forgotten to place our order. I honestly thought about going through the drive thru while my wife stayed inside and getting our food that way, or ordering a pizza and having it delivered to our location. I would not go back here for Valentines ever again, which is a shame because my wife have been doing this as a fun alternative valentines for the past 7 years. It would be a long time before I would go to this location again based on this last experience."

"Fantastic! We're thrilled to have discovered such a delicious barbecue spot in the city. It's great to see that it's family-owned and operated; we definitely plan to become regular customers. I tried the chopped brisket sandwich, while my husband ordered a half-rib, which was a generous portion, along with jalapeño cheese sausage. Both were excellent, but he can’t stop raving about the sausage—it’s incredibly spicy and flavorful. While we waited for our food, they kindly gave our 13-month-old some fries to snack on, and our son absolutely loved the mac and cheese. Give this place a try; you won’t be disappointed!"

"I just wanna say, even through this crazy pandemic with covid and places being short staffed, this location absolutely kills it at the drive-thru everytime! Friendly staff, food is hot and order is correct, and I know even when there's a long line, I'll get through it relatively quickly. Y'all are doing it right, and the hard work is noticed. Thank you for a great experience everytime, keep it up!! Edit: Seems this location has gotten worse since my last review more than a year ago. Last 2 times I've gone thru the drive thru have been horrible. Once my order wasn't correct. Had to go inside to get the rest of it, got home and there was more missing than I realized. Then just the other day, the drive thru person is rude and playing games. Telling me what I should order, being smart and thinking it's funny. It's not. Nor is it cute. They have young kids working there now and some of them, all they do is play games and are rude and demeaning. May try this place once more before I'll just stop going altogether."

"My friend and I go to a lot of Mexican places around Cincy. We tried out Mi Tierra this afternoon. Our waiter had very bad breath, which isn 't necessarily his fault and I hate to bring it up but it made talking to him difficult, especially since he barely knew any English. The salsa tasted kinda paste-like. The chips were decent. The tortilla shell of my taco salad was good and fresh. The rest was mediocre. My friend ate her taco. The horchata was watered down. The waiter ARGUED when we wanted the chorizo dip taken off the bill. Pictured below, it is very clear that the oil was not drained before being put into the cheese and it tasted so bad I wouldn 't let my friend try it. The waiter said but you ORDERED it! and we said Yeah, but LOOK at it. he continued to argue with the checkout guy too. We will not be returning. I would recommend going to Tres Amigos, Mi Cozumel or literally anywhere else before coming here, at least during lunch."

"This penn station is a joke!!!!! Ive been coming to this location for years since it's conveniently located by my residence. The past two years this place seriously gone down hill. The past 5 times ive been there order has been screwed up. Its either cold or the bacon isnt cooked, put sauce on my sandwich when I asked for none. So I went to another location (Buttermilk Pike) spoke to the manager there told him about my horrible experiences he apologized and gave me a lemonade and a cookie. I get home and my sandwich has sauce on it. I couldn't believe it I called the store to tell him my sandwich was wrong and all I got was a busy signal. Ihave decided that I will never go to Penn station again and that makes me real sad because this was my favorite restaurant"

"This review has very little to do with this individual location and more for Subway as a whole. Ever since they’ve added these new sandwiches the vegetables don’t taste right anymore. The pickles ?. The tomatoes taste like painted green tomatoes. The onions were flavorless. The bread, cheese, and meats are all still as good but I was very disappointed to the point that I threw my entire foot long away after a few bites. The individual working tonight was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. I just want my sub the old way."
