"I made this reservation a week in advance. Clearly indicated that we wanted to be sat in the dining room, we were sat in the corner of the bar next to the restrooms and hostess area. I asked when I was there to be sat in the dining room and was told there was no availability. Being so close to the hostess area within ten minutes three parties our size walked in without reservations were sat in the dining room. The hostesses were incredibly rude. We spent $400 at a bar. We indicated it was a date night and we couldn't even converse it was so loud. The manager despite raising our concerns to the hostess in charge (or she seemed) never came over. He Seemed more concerned about their regulars. The hostess said she would put next time to sit us in the dining room but that was already indicated in my notes from our original reservation. I didn't make reservations at a bar a week in advance. Traveling the country and being known for our steakhouse reviews of different steakhouses in the US, the discrimination we received was simply not acceptable and we won't return. Great food but ultimately really poor customer service from the hostesses and management. The waiter was great but sadly the representatives of the restaurant ruined the experience."
