"When I asked for a small box or bag to bring the crusts home, I was told they weren't sure if that was allowed. I was paying for the buffet, so I felt the crusts were part of what I purchased. I requested that another employee come to speak with me—not a manager, as I didn’t want to create a scene. They sent over a teenager who repeated that they couldn't allow it. I mentioned that the crusts were part of my order, and I'd even be willing to buy a box to take just the crusts home and show that it was all I had in there, if that helped.
Eventually, I was told that they’d check with the manager. Although they brought back a box, they also said it was a one-time exception and not their usual policy. Unfortunately, I’m now reconsidering if I’ll return, despite my love for Pizza Ranch. It seems I’ll be taking my business to Alex's Pizza instead, where I know I can take home the crusts for my pups.
On a positive note, I must mention that my great-nephew was well looked after. The male cashier made him laugh with funny faces, which was wonderful.
As for wheelchair accessibility, the restaurant can accommodate wheelchairs, but there are only a few seating options available."
