The Wagyu brisket is always a winner—so delicious! The St. Louis ribs are also fantastic, and I really enjoy the rib tips. The hot links can be hit or miss; they can be juicy and nice or sometimes a bit shriveled.
For the Labor Day weekend, I tried the Wagyu Brisket Philly Cheesesteak and the Cubano special, both of which were among my favorites so far. The Wagyu Brisket Tacos on Thursday were also really tasty! On Friday, I sampled the smoked gyro, and it was delicious! And don't miss out on the smoked Twinkies or the bourbon bread pudding—definitely worth a try!
Most of the dishes are flavorful enough to stand on their own, so you won’t really need any sauce, although they’re good with it too. A quick note: sauces come on the side, and condiments and utensils are available for self-service along the wall nearby.
I highly recommend adding the brisket or hot link to the mac and cheese—you won't regret it! It's really good! The prices are a bit on the higher side, but it’s a pleasant surprise overall. The location is convenient, and I’ve never had trouble finding a parking spot right near the front door.
Overall, I'm really glad I discovered this place!
