"I ordered a pizza online at 6:40. Went to pick it up. Did not look for an email. The store had no record of my 34$ purchase. I went back home, printed the email, called the store- you have an email but no confirmation number, the sale didn 't go through. I went back to the store with the email. They did make the pizza, and I left the store about 7:30, after two trips. The pizza tasted good, but it wasn 't worth two trips, and a pizza joint that can 't figure out on line orders. Let 's see how they resolve this problem. an apology? discount? credit? training of the staff? Whose responsibility to get orders right and on time is it? the customer or the staff and the owners? This location is bad. closest to this store- buddys, little ceasers, dominos, licavolis, ferlitos, , all on mack within a mile of this place. I think back to Buddy 's- great pizza, salads, online. no more papa romano 's."
