"At first glance, it seemed there was no seating available, but we found some in the back. After browsing the menu and asking a few questions, we placed our orders and received a number since we chose to dine in. I ordered the Veggie Delight on a toasted whole wheat bagel with feta cheese, while my partner opted for a scrapple, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel. Both were delicious and quite filling! The rumors about their amazing bagels are absolutely true! The coffee, Franklin Reserve, was also excellent. The staff was friendly, and the other patrons added to the welcoming atmosphere. I was really impressed with the overall vibe of the place. The variety of cream cheeses was astonishing. I couldn't resist picking up a container of veggie cream cheese to take home, though it was hard to choose just one flavor. If you're a fan of bagels, I highly recommend visiting Westmont Bagel. We've already planned what we're ordering for our next visit! #trustkj"

"Much of the staff is teens with little work experience or knowledge of the products. When they prepare products, is almost like a robotic preparation by the numbers. There is no thinking on their part. This results in a very slow response to orders. An example there was crab chowder on the menu board. I asked the counter staff member who was waiting on me what was in the soup and if it was cream based. After he stared at me like I asked him what the meaning of life was, he said he would check. He went away for a few minutes and when he came back he said : it’s like a soup with some crab in it. ? When I ordered the panzarotti it is like a painful paint by number experience. Slowly getting one from the freezer, moving it to the fryer, deciding how to put it in and for how long. Then sitting it off the the side while it gets cold and they wait on others. When they finally get it, wrap it, bag it, bring it to counter and ask for money you could grow a beard. Then watching them try to make change you would think their head was going to explode. The sandwich making process is very similar. I try to support local businesses but the untrained staff and slow response time is going to cause a lot of lost business. Sorry to see it."

"Food is pretty good but the service not so much. Every time we go there it takes forever for someone to take our order. Actually left once because no one ever took our order. Last night was the absolute worst. Someone that worked there sat us in the back room with the pool table. Mind you there is an open window so everyone can see us sitting there, to be honest I actually felt put on the spot. The person that sat us told the bartender he was seating us there because there were no seats at the bar. The bartender takes our drink order and I ask her for menus. She gives us the menus and we never see her again. About 20 minutes later we have to ask someone to take our order, she has a complete attitude. The woman that took our order made sure to give us the bill for our food(bar bill and food bill are separate) after that no one asked if we needed drink refills. We were passed over at least 20 times in the very loud bar. Bartenders made sure to not make eye contact with us. All while smiling in everyone else's face. We had to place our empty drinks on the ledge just to get acknowledged. NEVER AGAIN. This place gives we don't want you here vibes so I will take my money where I'm welcomed. I'd give zero stars if I could."

"The Turkey Wings and Mac and Black Eyed Peas at the restaurant were incredibly tasty, and I am excited to go back and sample more dishes from their menu. I was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this establishment thanks to a review from another soul food restaurant, and I am grateful to have discovered it. "Our law firm holiday after hours party has been here last three years. They are not handicap accessible and one of our co workers had to be carried in. Several of the regulars made racist comments towards a few coworkers. And getting service is horrific. We drop a quite a bit of money here to have this happen and we won't be back. Business owners need to take complaints seriously ."

"Excellent Staff! Honest Individuals! I want to believe that everyone is genuine, but unfortunately, that’s not always the case. However, the team at this Wendy's is fantastic! My friend and I stopped by, and somehow she accidentally left her purse behind, complete with her wallet, credit card, SEPTA pass, and more. The next day, when I called, the cleaning crew had set it aside, and it was safely stored away! They let me open it in front of the manager and one of their staff members, and everything was still there—of course! Moreover, I think this Wendy's is the best place to get chili that I know of, and it’s also quite affordable!"

"The father that owns it was so nice and friendly. The younger boy wasn't to cheery didn't seem like he really didn't want to be there, but he wasn't rude. The crab cluster with the house sauce was so good. The house sauce was amazing I used the juice for another meal it was amazing."

"I placed an order for 2 mozzarella sticks and spaghetti at Marcello's restaurant. I was told it would be ready in 40 minutes, but after waiting 45 minutes, I called for an update and was told it would be another 5 minutes. After waiting an additional 25 minutes, I called again, only to be told that it would be another hour and a half due to multiple deliveries. Frustrated, I decided to go to another restaurant called Tsu Be Bella to get high quality food and service. Unfortunately, Marcello's has seen a decline in both service and quality over the years."
