"We had dined in, and I was disappointed. I use to visit Mainstreet regularly when I lived in the area, so decided to take the family there since I haven't been in years. The pizza tasted completely different than what I recalled. It wasn't completelyhorrible, but it definitely did not live up to what I recall it being a few years ago. I no longer feel it stands out comparedto the other pizza places, as it once did. I would say the service was a 5 out of 10 for how busy they were. We did have towait a few minutes longer than I feel was necessary because the phone was ringing off the hook and rather than placing a call onhold, they kept taking order after order at the expense of their dine-in customer's service. After reading some recent reviews,I'm sure I will be told that I should have told the manager at the time. While I understand wanting to make it right, it willnot change the taste of the pizza, so I think an honest review of our experience is necessary for transparency."
