"My recent dining experience at Nigel's Good Eats left me with a satisfied palate and a few observations to share. The food at this establishment is undeniably very good, with standout dishes such as the ravioli and the salmon and grits truly shining as highlights of the menu. As a self-proclaimed wing snob, I can attest that the wings at Nigel's are indeed top-notch, delivering on flavor and quality. However, not all dishes hit the mark during my visit. The chicken and waffles, unfortunately, fell short of expectations and left something to be desired. This particular dish could benefit from some refinement and improvements in its preparation to match the high standard set by other menu items. On the service front, Nigel's Good Eats excels. The staff members are friendly, attentive, and contribute to a warm and welcoming dining atmosphere. Their dedication to providing excellent customer service is commendable and adds to the overall positive experience. While the food and service at Nigel's Good Eats impressed me, I have to note that the interior of the restaurant could use some attention. The furniture and decor seem outdated and lacking in character, which detracts somewhat from the overall dining ambiance. Updating the interior design to better reflect the quality of the cuisine and service would elevate the dining experience to a new level. In conclusion, Nigel's Good Eats is a solid dining spot with delicious food offerings and excellent service. While there is room for improvement in certain areas, such as the chicken and waffles dish and the interior decor, the overall experience is positive and enjoyable. I would recommend Nigel's for a satisfying meal, particularly if you're craving fantastic wings or flavorful ravioli and salmon dishes. With a few tweaks, this establishment has the potential to become a standout culinary destination in the area."

"I went to this place on yesterday and I ordered the honey crisp chicken which came with fried rice and I wanted 2 of them but the young lady charged me for one. So I just went with it because I was going to get more food elsewhere anyways. So then she told me my total (which was the price of one meal) and I put my card in and I watched the screen say “approved” and also heard the sound of approval. Then she tells me to put my card in again because it didn’t go through so I did it, not thinking anything of it and also told her that it just said approved. So the transaction approved again and she tells me, “the machine is very slow and if it charged me twice that I would be refunded in 24 hours and I didn’t think that was right so I go out to my car, to my phone and check my account and there it was where I was charged twice and I have navy federal so it tells you right then when you’re charged for anything whether it’s “Posted” or “pending” and both charges from hibachi hut was “POS” (posted) now I came back in where she tried to avoid me but I kindly stopped her and said “ma’am, I was charged twice”. “Could you just give me another meal instead of the refund”? And she said “no, you will get your money back later or tomorrow” let me tell you all that may be reading this, The food was good and that’s why I give one star. But that’s it, the service was horrible and the way I was treated and overcharged was just overall a disgrace and is enough for me to never go back there again. She had no remorse. I got no apology. Just back and forth with this young lady. I’ve never been through anything like that in my life. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30"

"While we have had decent meals here in the past, our most recent visit was lacking to say the least. I will start off by saying the service was on point. We were greeted quickly and served our order promptly. The bartender who took care of us was great. The food, on the other hand, was lackluster, ill-prepared, and frankly a total letdown (especially considering the price . We were actually most excited to get the bacon roasted Brussels sprouts but our excitement was quickly dashed when we were presented with what appeared to be a bowl of steamed Brussels sprouts and onion slices with bits of soggy bacon mixed in. I have a hard time believing anything was roasted considering there wasn't a hint of charring on any component and the sprouts didn't puck up any flavors from the other items. If I had to guess I would posit that every was steamed individually and mixed just before bringing it out. The wings we ordered were equally as disappointing. Picture in your mind the size of an ideal chicken wing. Now divide it by three. In a place where you pay for wings by the pound it is a letdown to have bony wings as I would rather be paying for meat instead of for a pile of bones. Needless to say we didn't follow this up with any other dishes as we figured our best bet was to go to a different pub, which is where we are now (and enjoying some delicious food!"

"I've been wanting to try this spot! First time I attempted it was the day after Thanksgiving and they were closed. Wah-waaaaaaaaah This time, my mom, my daughter, her boyfriend and I went here for lunch before going to the movies. I can see why most who eat here take their food to go, because it's pretty small inside. There's a deli counter when you first walk in with various sweets. We placed our order and settled down at the round table in the middle of the small shop. Of course for review purposes, we had to try a variety of things. We got an order of lumpia and two flavors of wings. The wings were tasty. The lumpia was very good! Almost as good as the best lumpia I've eaten from my filipino friend's mom so that's impressive. My daughter's boyfriend had never tried lumpia so this was a great first impression. I got The Melt and realized I don't care for Rye bread haha BUT it was still delicious!!! Mouth watering just thinking about it... my mom ordered the bacon cheeseburger and it was massive. The kids both got grilled cheese with added bacon. Everyone enjoyed their food and it was plentiful at an excellent price point. We even got a couple of sweets to go, we enjoyed the meal so much. It's in an awkward location, the decor isn't anything that'll impress, but the food and the personable service is more than worth it. I look forward to returning again and trying more of their menu AND getting lumpia again. Come to think of it, this is the BEST lumpia I've eaten at a restaurant!"
